Abstract:
Bu çalışmanın amacı, yeni karbonik anhidraz inhibitörleri sentezi ve bu bileşiklerin inhibitör aktivitelerinin in vitro incelenmesidir. Bu çalışmada üç yeni karbonik anhidraz inhibitörü sentezlenmiştir. Bu bileşiklerin yapıları FT IR, 1H NMR ve 13C NMR yöntemleriyle aydınlatılmıştır. Bu bileşiklerin sudaki çözünürlüğü, bölme katsayısı incelenmiştir. Biyolojik aktiviteleri (in vitro) UV-VIS spektrofotometre ile ölçülmüştür. Bu bileşiklerin bir kısmının asetazolamit ve sülfanilamitten daha güçlü inhibitör oldukları tespit edilmiştir. Bileşiklerin bölme katsayısı, inhibitör aktivitesi ve sudaki çözünürlükleri arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Sentezlenen bileşiklerden en az birinin karbonik anhidraz inhibitörü olarak kullanılabilmesini umuyoruz.
The objective of this study was synthesis and investigation of biological activities of novel carbonic anhydrase inhibitors. Three novel carbonic anhydrase inhibitors were synthesised in this study. Synthesised compounds were identified by FT-IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR . The compounds made were evaluated for water solubility and ether partition coefficent. Inhibitor Activities of the compounds (in vitro) were measured by UV-VIS spectrofotometer. Some of the synthesised compounds were found to be more potent inhibitor than acetazolamide and sulfanilamide. Correlation between water solubility, ether partition coefficent and inhibitory activity have also been investigated. We hope that at least one of the synthesised compounds will be used as carbonic anhydrase inhibitor.
