Abstract:
Bu çalışmada, laboratuar ölçeğinde biyogaz reaktörleri kullanılarak bor bileşiklerinin hayvansal atıklardan biyogaz üretimi üzerine etkilerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda geliştirilen reaktörlere bor bileşikleri değişik doz ve değişik sıcaklıklarda eklenmiştir. Ayrıca sığır gübresi 1:1 g/ml oranında musluk suyu ile seyreltildikten sonra biyogaz üretimi için 35 gün boyunca anaerobik şartlarda 25, 37 ve 50 oC sıcaklıklarda inkübasyona tabii tutulmuştur. Reaktörlere amonyum tetra borat, boraks, borik asit, lityum tetra borat ve potasyum tetra borat değişik dozlarda eklenmiştir. Etkin biyogaz üretimi 25 oC inkübasyonda maksimum düzeyde amonyum tetra borat (0.50 g/L) eklenen reaktörde ve 37 oC' de ise boraks (0.86 g/L), eklenen reaktörde gözlenirken, 50 oC' deki inkübasyonda hiçbir bor bileşiğinin biyogaz üretimi üzerine etkili olmadığı saptanmıştır.
In this study, we aimed to determine the effects of boron compounds on biogas production from animal waste using lab-scale biogas reactors. In this scope, boron compounds were added to the emerging reactors in different doses under various temperatures. Additionally the cattle dung diluted in 1:1 w/v with tap water then incubated under anaerobic condition at 25, 37 and 50 oC temperatures for 35 days. Ammonium tetra borate, borax, boric acid, lithium tetra borate and potassium tetra borate were added in different doses to the reactors. Effective biogas production were observed at maximum level at the reactors adding ammonium tetra borate (0.50 g/L) at 25 oC and borax (0.86 g/L) at 37 oC incubations while none of boron compound were found effective on biogas production at 50 oC incubations.
