Abstract:
Bu çalışma 2006-2007 yıllarında ?Yabancı Kökenli Değişik Badem Çeşitlerinin Bazı Pomolojik ve Kimyasal Özellikleri ile Bitki Besin Maddesi Kapsamlarının Belirlenmesi? amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma Şanlıurfa Bozova İlçesi'nde bulunan özel sektöre ait 4 yaşında bir badem bahçesinde bulunan badem (Amygdalus communis) anacı üzerine aşılanmış Ferragnes, Ferraduel, Lauranne, Bertina ve Felisia çeşitleri üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada yer alan her çeşidin yetiştirildiği yerlerden toprak, çeşitlere ait ağaçlardan yaprak, hasat döneminde yeterli meyve örnekleri alınarak bitki besin maddeleri analizleri yapılmıştır. Genel olarak topraklarda yapılan analizlerde; toprak pH'sının7.0'ın üzerinde, tuz kapsamının çok düşük seviyede, Kireç oranının yüksek, tınlı bünyeye sahip ve organik madde kapsamının çok düşük seviyede olduğu saptanmıştır. Öte yandan toprakların besin maddesi kapsamları bakımından irdelendiğinde genel olarak kalsiyum ve magnezyum kapsamlarının yüksek olduğu, çinko seviyesinin kritik seviyelerde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ağaçlardan alınan yaprak örnekleri analiz edildiği zaman azot, fosfor, kalsiyum kapsamlarının yetersiz, potasyum, magnezyum, demir ve bakırın yeterli olduğu saptanmıştır. Çinko kapsamı bakımından yeterli olduğu belirlenmiştir. Toprakta bulunan kalsiyumun bitki tarafından yeterince alınabildiği belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak badem yetiştirilen alanlarda gerek organik madde gerekse bitki besin elementlerinin toprağın kimyasal ve fiziksel yapısı da dikkate alınarak uygun ve yeterli bir şekilde uygulanması gerekmektedir.
This study was conducted on the Ferragnes, Ferraduel, Lauranne, Bertina and Felisia cultivars which are growing at the area of private sector at Bozova Province in 2006- 2007. In the experiment 9 fruiting trees were used as plant materials. The leaf samples were taken 16-31 July from the trees as plant materials The fruits were weighted each trees and fruit samples were taken during harvesting time of the trees. The fruit samples separated for hull (Mesocarp), endocarp and kernel to analyse elements such as leaves. Soils samples from growing parcels of the cultivars and sufficient amount of leaves, hull, endocarps and kernels from fruiting almond trees were taken to analyse plant mineral content of the cultivars. At the end of the soil analysis, it was found out that pH level of the soil was over 7.0, salt and organic matter content of the soil was at low level, and lime rate of the soil was high. On the other hand, when soils were investigated from the aspect of nutrition materials, it was understood that they had high calcium and magnesium content and their zinc levels were in critical level. The results of the analysis of leaf almond trees as follow; nitrogen (N), phosphor (P), calcium (Ca) contents were not sufficient, potassium (K), magnesium (Mg), iron (Fe) and copper (Cu) contents of the samples were sufficient. Also it was determined that zinc (Zn) level is good enough in almond trees. Plants could utilize the elements in the soil Ca. According to obtained data, macro and micro elements contents either leaves or different fruit parts (hull, endocarp, kernel) were changed among the cultivars. Finally according to the results of the study, enough amount of organic matter and plant nutritions need to be applied to the parcels where is conducting the study, based on physical and chemical structure of the soil.
