Abstract:
Bu çalışmada bir yeni ligand ve onun Cu(II) metal kompleksi sentezlendi. Çalışmanın birinci kısmında, yeni bir Schiff bazı, N,N'-Bis(3,5-di-t-butilsalisilaldimin)-1,4-diaminoanthraquinone ligandı (L1H), 3,5-di tert-butil-2-hidroksibenzaldehit ve 1,4-diaminoanthraquinone'un saf Metanol'deki reaksiyonuyla sentezlenemedi. Fakat N,N'-Bis(3,5-di-tertbutilsalisiliden)?(3,4-Diaminobenzofenon), (L2H) ligandı, 3,5-di tert-butil-2-hidroksibenzaldehit ve 3,4-Diaminobenzofenon'un saf Etanol'deki reaksiyonuyla sentezlendi. Cu(II) ile metal-ligand oranı 1:1 olan tek çekirdekli kompleksler hazırlandı. N,N'- Bis (3,5-di-tertbutilsalisiliden) - 3,4-Diaminobenzofenon), (L2H) ve bunun Cu(II) metal kompleksinin yapıları Elementel analiz, 1H ve 13C-NMR spektroskopisi, FT-IR, UV-VIS, Manyetik susseptibilite ölçümleri ile aydınlatıldı. Ayrıca, metal kompleksin erime noktası ve yükseltgenme-indirgenme potansiyelleri belirlendi. Bu bileşiklerin elektrokimyasal ve spektroelektrokimyasal davranışları CH2Cl2'da incelendiğinde pozitif-negatif potansiyel bölgesinde bütün komplekslerde metal merkezli yükseltgenme-indirgenme prosesleri gözlendi.
In this work, one new ligand and their transition Cu(II) metal complexes were synthesized. In the first part of this work, a novel Schiff base, N N?- Bis(3,5-di-t-butilsalisilaldimin) - 1,4 - diaminoanthraquinone ligandı (L1H) wasn?t synthesized by reaction of 3,5-di tert-butil-2-hidroksibenzaldehit and 4,4 - diaminoanthraquinone in absolute Methanole. But N,N?- Bis (3,5-di-tertbutilsalisiliden) - 3,4-Diaminobenzofenon), (L2H), was synthesized by reaction of 3,5-di tert-butil-2-hidroksibenzaldehit and 3,4-Diaminobenzofenon in absolute Ethanole. Mono nuclear complexes with a metal-ligand ratio of 1:1 were prepared with Cu(II). The structure of the N,N?- Bis (3,5-di-tertbutilsalisiliden) - 3,4-Diaminobenzofenon), (L2H) and their Cu(II) metal complexes have been identified with a combination of elemental analysis, 1H and 13C-NMR spectra, FT-IR, UV-VIS, magnetic susceptibility measurements. Also, melting point and reduction-oxidation potentials of metal complexes have been determined. The study of the electrochemical and spectroelectrochemical behaviors of these complexes in CH2Cl2 revealed that all the complexes exhibit metal centered redox processes in the positive-negative potentials area.
