Abstract:
Sol-gel daldırma metodu kullanılarak, manyetik LCMO, LBMO ve LSMO ince filmleri pyrex ve quartz cam üzerine ilk kez üretildi. Tavlama sıcaklığı, ortamın oksijen miktarı ve numune kalınlığından dolayı X-ray sonuçları, farklı şiddette pikler gösterdi. Nitratlı bileşikler kullanılarak yapılan LCMO ve LSMO bileşiklerinin TC, TMI, %MR (LCMO için TC=80 K, TMI=77.5K, %MR=%780 100K'de ve LSMO için TC=86 K, TMI=112K, %MR=%143 100K'de) değerleri ve sem resimleri birbirine yakın alınmasına rağmen, Ba isopropoxide kullanılarak yapılan LBMO, için farklı TC, TMI, %MR(TC=130 K, TMI=137K, %MR=%260) değerleri ve sem resimleri alındı. Düşük sıcaklıklarda direncin yeniden yükselmesi, strain relaxion ve örgü uyuşmazlığından kaynaklanan coulomb engeline ve güçlü yapısal düzensizliklere bağlandı. Alınan sonuçlar daha önce yapılmış bulk ve filmlerden farklı çıktı. Fakat ilk defa bu çalışmada yapılan LCMO ince filminde büyük manyetodireç %780 elde edildi. Bunun sebepleri EC enerjisine, grain boyutuna, film kalınlığına ve taban gerilmesine bağlanıldı.
LCMO, LBMO and LSMO magnetic thin films have been fabricated for the first time on pyrex and quartz glass by using sol-gel dip coating method. Because of the annaelling tempreture, the rate of oxygen of the medium and the thickness of the film, the x-ray results have been showed that different intensity of thresholds. Though TC, TMI and %MR (TC 80 K, and 86 K for LCMO and LSMO films respectively. TMI 77.5 K and 112 K for, LCMO and LSMO films respectively. %MR, %780 for LCMO at 100 K and %143 for LSMO at 100 K) valeuses and sem pictures of using compounds with nitrate, indicate that are like each others, for LBMO, which has been made from using Ba-isopropoxide, have different TC, TMI (TC 130 K, TMI 137 K, %MR, %260 for LBMO at 125K ) and valeuses and sem pictures which are get. The upturn of the resistance that has been observed at low temperatures are attributed to the Coulomb blockade and the strong structural disorder due to the large lattice mismatch and strain relaxation. The results, which have been get by us, are different from previous bulk and thin films that have been made. But it have been get first time large ratio %780 manyetorezistivity for the thin film LCMO. The reasons of these have been attributed to the EC energy, grain size, film thickness and subsrate tension.
