Abstract:
Çalışmada önce onarım ve güçlendirme anlatılmıştır. Güçlendirme gereksiniminin nedenleri ve betonarme perdelerle güçlendirmenin şekillerine göre sınıflandırılması yapılmıştır. Sağlık apartmanında güçlendirme projesi uygulanmıştır. Donatı, beton ve kalıp bilgisi verildikten sonra yöntemde güçlendirme kararı ve uygulanmasında yapılması gerekenler açıklanmıştır. Araştırma bulgularında bina incelemesi, hasar belirleme çalışmaları,zemin araştırmaları, malzeme özellikleri ile anlatılmıştır; güçlendirme yöntemi belirlenmesi yapılmıştır.Uygulama projesi donatı detayları verilmiştir. Uygulama adım adım fotoğraflarla açıklanmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda betonarme perdelerin betonarme dolgu duvarlarla güçlendirilmesiyle ilgili araştırma sonuçları sunulmuş ve öneriler belirtilmiştir.
This thesis firstly describes repair and strengthening. The reasons of strengthening requires and classified according to forms of reinforced concrete infill strengthening. Project applied Sağlık appartment. After giving information about reinforcing steel, concrete and form boards, explained what must be done about the procedure of strengthening decision and its apply. At investigation findings, work about building examinate with damage determination works, soil reconnaissance, material pecularities and determinate the method of strengthening. In apply Project give the details of reinforced steels. Applying explaines step by step with photographes. At the end of this thesis presented the investigation conclusions and suggestions about strengthening of reinforced concrete frames by reinforced concrete infill.
