Abstract:
Bu çalışmada, halothan ve desfluran anestezisinin köpeklerde bazı klinik parametreler ve elektrokardiyografi üzerine olan etkileri araştırıldı.Çalışmada materyal olarak 20 adet sağlıklı köpek kullanıldı. Premedikasyon için xylazin, indüksiyon için propofol kullanıldı. Kalp ve solunum sayısı ile vücut ısısı değerleri, anestezi öncesi ve anestezi başladıktan 15 dakika sonra kaydedildi. Elektrokardiyografik ölçümler de anestezi öncesi ve anestezi esnasında her 15 dakikada bir alındı. Halothan ve desfluran anestezilerinde benzer elektrokardiyografik veriler elde edildi. Her iki anestezide en çok görülen aritmi formu olarak sinüs bradikardi tespit edildi. Desfluran grubunda bir köpekte atrioventrikular blokaj şekillendi. Sonuç olarak; hızlı ve rahat uyanma göz önüne alındığında, desfluran anestezisinin halothan anestezisinden daha avantajlı olduğu kanısına varıldı. Anahtar Kelimeler: Halothan, Desfluran, EKG, Köpek.
In this study, effects of canine halothan and desfluran anesthesia on some clinical parameters and electrocardiography was investigated. In the study, twenty healthy dogs were used as material. Xylazine and propofol was used for premedication and induction, respectively. Dogs were randomly divided into two groups of 10 dogs each. Group I dogs were anesthetized with halothan, group II dogs were anesthetized with desfluran. Heart and respiratory rate, rectal temperature were recorded before and 15 minutes after induction of anesthesia. Electrocardiographic measurements were also recorded before and every 15 minutes after endotracheal intubation. Electrocardiographic data were similar both halothan and desfluran anesthesia. Sinus bradicardia was the most seen aritmic form in both inhalation anesthesia. Atrioventricular blockade was seen in one dog of desfluran group. As a result; with regard to fast and comfortable recovery, desfluran anesthesia was more advantageous than halothan anesthesia. Key Words: Halothane, Desflurane, EKG, Dog.
