Abstract:
Bu çalışmada, direkt, direkt olmayan ve yarı direkt UPV (Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity) ölçümlerini karşılaştırmak için, küp basınç dayanımları 18.8 ile 79.9 MPa arasında değişen, farklı karışımlara sahip, boyutları 30 Ã 30 Ã 25 cm3 olan toplan 30 beton blok üzerinde deneysel bir inceleme yapıldı. İstatistiksel analizler kullanılarak direkt UPV, beton döküm yönünde ve beton düküm yönüne dik doğrultuda direkt olmayan UPV ve yarı direkt UPV ölçümleri arasında korelasyonlar yapıldı. İstatistiksel analizler sonucunda, ortalama direkt UPV değerinin, beton döküm yönündeki direkt olmayan UPV' den % 9, yatay yöndeki direkt olmayan UPV' den % 4 ve yarı direkt UPV' den % 4 kadar daha büyük olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Yatay yönde direkt olmayan UPV değerinin, döküm yönündeki değerden % 5 daha büyük olduğu bulundu. Böylece, bu çalışmada elde edilen regresyon denklemleriyle, direkt olmayan veya yarı direkt UPV' yi, direkt UPV' ye dönüştürerek, Schmidt çekici sayısı ve direkt UPV' li regresyon modellerinden herhangi birisi betonun basınç dayanımının bulunmasında kullanılabilir.
An experimental study was conducted to compare direct, indirect and semi direct UPV measurements on the total 30 concrete blocks with 30 Ã 30 Ã 25 cm3 size having the different mix batches and the cube compressive strength grades varying between 18.8 and 79.9 MPa. The correlations were established between the direct UPV and indirect UPV on the concrete casting direction as well as on the horizontal direction and semi direct UPV measurements by using the statistical analysis. The statistical analysis revealed that the average value of direct UPV is 9 %, 4 %, and 4 % higher than the average values of indirect UPV on the casting direction, indirect UPV on the horizontal direction and semi direct UPV, respectively. The average value of indirect UPV on the horizontal direction was found 5 % higher than that of the casting direction. Thus, by converting indirect or semi direct UPV to direct UPV with using the regression equations obtained in this study, any regression models with Schmidt rebound number and direct UPV can be used to predict compressive strength of concrete.
