Abstract:
Chronic kidney disease (CKD), which can lead to kidney failure, cardiovascular disease, and premature death, is a global public health problem. It is also a major cause of death worldwide and a major public health concern. To formulate and implement recommendations of international clinical practice, a direct description and classification of nephrology are required. If you have chronic kidney disease, your kidneys are damaged and unable to filter blood properly. Emphasis should be placed on uremic toxins that are difficult to remove with dialysis techniques, such as intestinal-derived protein-bound compounds. Accumulation of uremic toxins is believed to lower the glomerular filtration rate (GFR) to less than 1.73 at 60 ml/min/m for three months or more. Diabetes and high blood pressure are major contributors to CKD. Additionally, CKD patients have a higher risk of death, and their chance of dying from cardiovascular disease increases when inflammatory markers such as cytokines, adiponectin, interleukin-25, pentraxin 3, and CRP are present in their blood. This study aimed to show that relevant differences may act as markers in these patients and to see how they affect how the condition is treated. This will help doctors decide how to treat the condition. The serum of chronic kidney disease patients was collected from 45 patients, and the serum of the control group was collected from 36 female controls. We investigated serum IL-25, pentraxin 3, and adiponectin by the Elisa test method. The mean levels of IL-25, pentraxin 3, and adiponectin in the patient groups were higher than in the control groups. We examined vii the levels of CRP, BUN, and creatinine in the serum of patients and control groups using the Atellica CH Analyzer. The average of these tests is higher in patient groups than in control groups.
