Abstract:
Bu çalışmada, bor katkılı elmas elektrotları karbon nanotüp ve karbon nanoblack ile modifiye edilerek askorbik asit (AA) varlığında metimazolün (MTZ) saptanmasına uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen modifiye elektrot MTZ molekülünün yükseltgenmesine önemli oranda katalitik bir etki göstermiştir. Ayrıca, önerilen elektrot ile MTZ molekülüne ait sinyalin akım miktarında artış gözlenmiştir. Önerilen elektrot ile AA varlığında MTZ molekülü seçimli olarak saptandığı görülmüştür. Metimazolun pik akımlarının 1.0 x10-7 M ile 1.7 x10-5 M konsantrasyon aralığında doğrusal olduğu belirlenmiştir. MTZ için saptama sınırı ise 1.8 x10-5 M olarak hesaplanmıştır.
In this study, boron doped diamond electrodes were modified with carbon nanotubes and carbon nanoblack for the determination of methimazole (MTZ) in the presence of ascorbic acid (AA). The modified electrode exhibited a high catalytic affect towards the oxidation of MTZ. Also, a drastic enhancement in the current response was observed at the proposed electrode. It was shown that the proposed electrode enabled the selective detection of MTZ in the presence of AA. A linear plot was obtained for the peak currents versus the concentrations of MTZ over the range from 1.0 x10-7 M to 1.7 x10-5 M. A detection limit of 1.8 x10-5M was calculated for MTZ
