Abstract:
Bu çalışmada, Afganistan kökenli el bademi sınıfında olan ince kabuklu 5 badem genotipine ait tohumlar kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Afganistan kökenli el bademi sınıfında olan ince kabuklu 5 badem genotipi (Starbayi-AFG-0142, Kamberi-AFG-0143, Hayriddini-AFG-0846, Kahharbayi-AFG-0170 ve Abdulvahidi-AFG-1003) ile dünyada ve Türkiye'de yaygınlaşmış olan Fransız kökenli Ferragnes ve Ferraduel badem çeşitlerine ait tohumların çimlenmesi ve bu tohumlardan elde edilen çöğürlerin gelişimi üzerine değişik katlama sürelerinin etkilerini belirlemektir. Bu amaçla çeşit ve genotiplere ait tohumlar 0, 15 ve 30 gün süreyle nemli perlit ortamında +4 °C'de katlamaya alınmıştır. Katlama süresi sonunda tohumlar viyollere ekilmiş ve tohumlarda çimlenme hızı ve çimlenme oranı belirlenmiştir. Daha sonra viyollerden alınan bitkiler sera ortamında içerisinde 1:1:1:1 oranında torf, yanmış çiftlik gübresi, kum ve toprak bulunan plastik tüplere şaşırtılmıştır. Çöğürlerde normal bakım işlemlerine devam edilmiş ve bu çöğürlerin büyüme ve gelişmeleri takip edilmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında bitkilerin vegetatif özellikleri (Bitkideki yaprak sayısı, yaprak alanı, yapraktaki stoma sayısı, gövde çapı, gövde uzunluğu, gövde yaş ve kuru ağırlığı, kök uzunluğu, kök yaş ve kuru ağırlığı) ile bitkilerin fizyolojik özellikleri (yaprak klorofil içeriği ve stoma iletkenliği) belirlenmiştir. Bitkiler dinlenmeye girdikten sonra bunların bir kısmı arazide genetik kaynak parseline dikilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre, en yüksek gövde uzunluğu ve gövde çapı gelişimi Kahharbayi çeşidi 15 gün katlama uygulamasından elde edilmiştir.
In this study, seeds belonging to 5 almonds with soft-shelled of Afghanistan origin have been used. The purpose of this study, determination of effects of different stratification times on the seed germination and seedling growth of Afghanistan originated 5 soft-shelled almond genotypes (Starbayi-AFG-0142, Kamberi-AFG-0143, Hayriddini-AFG-0846, Kahharbayi-AFG-0170 ve Abdulvahidi-AFG-1003), and two French originated almond cultivars (Ferragnes and Ferraduel), which have become widespread in the world and Turkey.For this purpose, seeds of cultivars and genotypes were stratificated at +4 ° C in moist perlite environment for 0, 15 and 30 days. At the end of the stratification period, the seeds were sown to the vioils and the germination speed and germination rate were determined in the seeds. Then the plants taken from the viols were transplanted to the plastic container including with 1: 1: 1: 1 peat, farm manure, sand and soil in the greenhouse environment. The maintenance procedures continued in the seedlings and the growth and development of these seedlings were monitored. At the scope of the study, vegetative properties of plants (number of leaves, leaf area, number of stomata in the leaf, shoot diameter, shoot length, shoot fresh and dry weight, root length, root fresh and dry weight) and the physiological properties of plants (leaf chlorophyll content and stomata conductivity) were determined. After the rest period of seedlings, some of them were planted in the field. According to the results obtained from the study, the highest shoot length and shoot diameter were obtained from 15 days stratification application of Kahharbayi cultivar.
