Abstract:
Su tüm canlılar için temel ihtiyaç maddesidir. Vücuda alınan gıda maddelerinin sindirilmesinde, sindirim ürünlerinin taşınmasında ve oluşan atıkların vücuttan uzaklaştırılmasında suya ihtiyaç duyulur. Suyun faydalı bir şekilde kullanılabilmesi için içerisinde fiziksel, kimyasal ve mikrobiyolojik yönden zararlı maddeleri bulunmaması gerekir. Çocukların sağlık düzeyi, toplumların sosyoekonomik gelişimi, içinde yaşanılan çevrenin hijyenik durumu ve sağlık hizmetlerinin yaygınlık ve niteliği ile yakın ilişki gösterir. Bu nedenle dünyanın gelişmiş ve gelişmekte olan bölgeleri arasında çocuk sağlığı ve çocuklarda sık görülen hastalıklar açısından önemli farklar vardır. Bu çalışmada Şanlıurfa Eyyübiye ilçesindeki içme kullanma suyu kaynakları detaylı olarak incelenip, fiziksel, kimyasal ve mikrobiyolojik su analizleri yapılarak mevcut durum tespit edilmiştir. Analiz sonuçları ile ilçede görülen hastalıkların yaş, cinsiyet ve mevsimsel seyri karşılaştırılmış, mevcut durumun sebepleri ve çevre sağlığı üzerine etkisi tespit edilmiştir. Bu tespitlerden sonra sorunların çözümü konusunda öneriler de bulunulmuştur.
Water is basic essential for all living organisms. The digestibility of the food received in the body, digestion and the transportation of products from the body in the removal of waste water is needed. Of water to be used in a beneficial way in order for physical, chemical and microbiological requires the absence of harmful substances. Children's health, the level of socioeconomic development of communities, health services and hygienic status of the environment we live in a close relationship with the prevalence and nature shows. Hence, there are important differences among developed and developing regions of the world in terms of child health and common diseases in children. In this study, the drinking water sources of Sanliurfa Eyyubiye district center were examined in detail and physical, chemical and microbiological water analyzes were be done and the current situation were be determined. By comparing the results of the analysis with the age, sex and seasonal course of the diseases seen in the district, the causes of the current situation and its effect on public health were be determined. After these determinations, some suggestions have been made about the solution of the problems.
