Abstract:
Bu çalışmada, halka açılma polimerizasyonu (ROP) ve fotokimyasal polimerizasyon yöntemlerinin birleştirilmesi ile PLLA-PMMA ve PLLA-PCHO blok kopolimerleri sentezlenmiştir. Çalışma üç basamaktan oluşmaktadır. Birinci basamakta; 1-hidroksisiklohekzil fenil keton bileşiği (HCPK) bir başlatıcı ve L-laktid (LLA) bileşği bir monomer olarak kullanılarak ROP yöntemi ile zincir ucunda fotoaktif grup içeren polimerik bir poli(L-laktid) (PLLA) fotobaşlatıcısı (HCPK-PLLA) sentezlendi. İkinci basamakta; elde edilen HCPK-PLLA ön polimeri bir makrofotobaşlatıcı olarak kullanılarak metil metakrilat (MMA) monomeri varlığında fotokimyasal serbest radikalik polimerizasyon yöntemi ile PLLA-PMMA blok kopolimeri elde edildi. Üçüncü ve son basmakta ise; HCPK-PLLA ön polimeri yine bir makrofotobaşlatıcı olarak kullanılarak siklohekzen oksit (CHO) monomeri ve bir yükseltgeme vasıtası Ph2I+PF6- veya EMP+PF6- tuzları varlığında fotokimyasal katyonik polimerizasyon yöntemi ile PLLA-PCHO kopolimeri sentezlendi. Çalışmada elde edilen tüm moleküllerin (başlatıcı, homo ve blok kopolimerler) karakterizasyonu FT-infrared, 1H-NMR, UV-Vis, Floresans ve GPC teknikleri kullanılarak yapıldı.
In this study, PLLA-PMMA and PLLA-PCHO block copolymers were synthesized by combining of ring opening polymerization (ROP) and photochemical polymerization methods. The study consists of three steps. In the first step; a polymeric poly (L-lactide) (PLLA) photoinitiator (HCPK-PLLA) containing a photoactive group at the chain end was synthesized via ROP method using 1-hydroxycyclohexlyl phenyl ketone (HCPK) as the initiator and L-lactide (LLA) as the monomer. In the second step; the obtained HCPK-PLLA prepolymer was used as a macrophotoinitiator in the presence of methyl methacrylate (MMA) monomer to obtain PLLA-PMMA block copolymer by photoinduced free radical polymerization. In the third and last step; The HCPK-PLLA prepolymer was again used as a macrophotoinitiator in the synthesis of PLLA-PCHO block copolymer via photoinduced free radical promoted cationic polymerization using cyclohexene oxide (CHO) as the monomer and Ph2I+PF6- or EMP+PF6- salts as the oxidizing agents. The characterization of all molecules (initiator, homo and block copolymers) obtained in the study was characterized using FT-infrared, 1H-NMR, UV-Vis, Fluorescence, and GPC techniques.
