Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışma; Harran Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesinde Koroner Bypass cerrahisi geçiren hastalarda EuroSCORE 2 risk skorlama sistemin mortalite öngörme gücünü ölçmeyi amaçlamıştır. Yöntem ve Teknikler: Ocak 2009-Şubat 2014 yılları arasında CABG uygulanan 141 hasta retrospektif incelemesi yapılıp çalışmaya dahil edildi. Hasta ile ilgili demografik veriler, kalp ile ilgili faktörler ve operasyona ilişkin tüm risk faktörlerinin skorlama sistemine göre prospektif olarak değerlendirilmesi yapıldı. Euroscore 2 hesaplama tablosundan her hasta için tek tek hesaplama yapıldı. İstatistiksel verilerin analizi için SPSS programı kullanıldı. Risk skorlama sisteminin mortalite öngörüsü ROC eğrisi ile verildi. Bulgular: Çalışmaya dahil olan 141 hastanın 32 si ( %22.6) exitus olmuştur. Receiver Operating Charactristic eğrisi altında kalan alan 0,841 olarak ölçüldü. Gerçekleşen mortalite p<0,001 olarak bulundu. Sonuç: Çalışmamamızda, EuroSCORE 2 skorlama modelinin CABG geçiren ülkemiz hasta popülasyonunda öngörmede başarılı bir şekilde kullanılabileceği gözlemlenmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler: EuroSCORE 2 ,koroner arter bypass ,mortalite Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the mortality predictive power of the EuroSCORE 2 risk scoring system in patients undergoing coronary bypass surgery at Harran University Medical Faculty Hospital. Methods and Techniques: A retrospective review of 141 patients undergoing CABG between January 2009 and February 2014 was included in the study. Demographic data, cardiac factors and all risk factors related to the operation were evaluated prospectively according to the scoring system. The individual calculation was made for each patient from the Euroscore 2 calculation table. SPSS program was used to analyze statistical data. The mortality prediction of the risk scoring system was given by the ROC curve. Findings: 32 (22.6%) of 141 patients were exitus who included in the study. The area under the Receiver Operating Characteristic curve was measured as 0.841. The mortality rate was found p <0.001. Result: In our study, it was observed that the euroSCORE 2 scoring model could be used successfully in prediction of our country patient population undergoing CABG.
