Abstract:
Ilısu Barajı ülkemizin enerji ve sulama açısından GAP projesi kapsamında enerji üretim amacıyla planlanmış bir barajı olup, akabinde yapılacak olan Cizre barajı ile hem enerji hem de Cizre ovalarının sulanması planlanmıştır. Cizre ovalarında sulanabilir tarım arazileri sayesinde büyük oranda üretime artacak ve enerji ihtiyacı açısından da ülkemizin enerjisinin bir kısmı bu barajlardan sağlanacaktır. Ilısu Barajı ülkemizde inşa edilen ön yüzü beton kaplı en büyük barajdır. Bu sebeple, bu süreçte yapılacak çalışmalar ve değerlendirmeler, ülkemiz adına bilgi ve tecrübe altyapısı oluşturacaktır. Günümüzde kullanımı oldukça yaygınlaşan Ön Yüzü Beton Kaplı Kaya Dolgu (ÖYBKKD) barajlar; büyük farklılıklar gösteren arazi koşullarına uyabilmeleri, güvenli olmaları, yapımlarının pratik ve ekonomik olması gibi avantajlarından dolayı çoğunlukla tercih edilmektedir. Kayanın yüksek mukavemetinden faydalanarak su tutucu ön yüz betonunun desteklenmesi prensibiyle çalışan bu tip barajlar, bugüne dek dünyanın birçok yerinde çok büyük yüksekliklerde bile başarı ile inşa edilmiştir. Bu tez çalışmasında, Ilısu Barajı'nın yer ve gövde tipi seçimlerinde projede yapılmış olan değişiklikler ve etki eden faktörler değerlendirilmiş olup, ilk olarak kil çekirdekli kaya dolgu tipinde tasarlanıp daha sonra ön yüzü beton kaplı kaya dolgu gövde tipine çevrilen Ilısu Barajı'nın geçmişten bugüne gövde tipi seçimi ve analizlerde etkin olan faktörler adım adım ele alınmıştır. Ilısu Barajı ve diğer benzer tipteki barajlarda dikkat edilmesi gereken bazı noktalar, Ilısu Barajı örnekleminde, inşa aşamasındaki barajlarda karşılaşılacak muhtemel problemler ve bu problemlere çalışma sahasında bulunan çözümler değerlendirilmiş ve uygulamalar bu bağlamda irdelenmiştir.
Ilısu Dam is a dam planned for the purpose of generating energy in the scope of Southeast Anatolian Project (GAP) in terms of energy and irrigation inTurkey. After the Cizre dam construction which is at the front of the Ilısu, it is planned to irrigate Cizre plains and to produce energy. Since the Ilısu Dam is the largest covered concrete dam in Turkey, the studies and evaluations to be carried out at this stage will create an information and experience infrastructure for the country and scientific world. The uses of concrete-covered rockfill dams, widely used nowadays, are mostly preferred because they are safe and can adapt to the terrain with big differences, and their productions are practical and economical. The rock-covered dams with concrete-coated fronts that work with the principle of supporting the water-holding facade concrete by taking advantage of the high strength of the rock have been built with success even in very large heights in various parts of the world. In this study, the choice of location of the Ilısu Dam, the changes made in the project at body type selection and factors affecting the project were evaluated. The factors that are effective in the body type selection and analysis are discussed. Some issues to be considered in both Ilısu Dam and other similar dams, Ilısu dam sample, probable problems to be encountered during the construction phase dams and the solutions in the field of work to these problems were evaluated and some applications were examined in this context.
