Abstract:
Bazı ekolojik faktörler meyvecilik tarımında yetiştiriciliği sınırlandırıcı olarak rol oynamaktadır. Seçilecek tür ve çeşitlerin yetiştiricilik yapılacak bölgenin iklim koşullarına uygun olması gerekir. Bir bölgeye uygun tür ve çeşit seçiminde bitkinin fenolojik gelişim aşamalarının bilinmesine ihtiyaç bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca, bahçelerden yüksek verim eldesine yönelik kültürel uygulamaların yönetiminde de ağaçlardaki fenolojik gelişimin bilinmesi gerekmektedir. Bu çalışma tam verim çağındaki 4 Japon grubu erik çeşidinde (Ozark Premier, Santa Rosa, Angeleno, Black Amber) semi-arid iklim koşullarında yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada, vejetasyon süresince erik ağaçlarında BBCH skalasına göre tomurcuk, çiçek, meyve, yaprak ve sürgün organlarındaki gelişim 26 fenolojik aşamada incelenmiş ve bu aşamaların süreleri tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, bu fenolojik büyüme aşamaları için ihtiyaç duyulan sıcaklık toplamları saatlik ve günlük olarak belirlenmiştir. Erik çeşitlerinde tomurcuklarda dinlenmenin kırılması için gerekli 800 Soğuk Birimi karşılandıktan sonra tam çiçeklenme dönemine kadar 64 - 67 güne, 4 816 - 9 220 BDST'ye ve 466 - 567 BGDT'na ihtiyaç duyulduğu tespit edilmiştir. Meyvenin tüketime uygun hale gelmesine kadar geçen süre 151 (Ozark Premier) - 210 (Angeleno) gün arasında değişim göstermiştir. Diğer taraftan, erik çeşitlerinin bu evreye kadar ihtiyaç duydukları sıcaklık toplamı değerleri ise sırasıyla 37 302 - 66 644 BDST ve 2 448 - 3 968 BGDT olarak belirlenmiştir. Diğer taraftan erik çeşitlerindeki vejetasyon başlangıcından dinlenme periyoduna kadar geçen süre 320 (Ozark Premier) ile 354 (Santa Rosa) gün arasında değişim göstermiştir. Some ecological factors play a role in fruit cultivation as a limiting factor. The species and varieties to be selected should be suitable for the climatic conditions of the region to be grown. Selection of species and varieties suitable for a region needs to know the stages of the plant's phenological development. As it allows the farmers to plan the orchard cultural applications, phenology is essential for good crop management. In addition, to further improve the orchard management, description of the growth stages for each agricultural crop is needed. This study was conducted in the semi-arid climatic conditions of 4 Japanese group plum varieties (Ozark Premier, Santa Rosa, Angeleno, Black Amber). In this study, 26 phenological stages were examined in plum trees according to BBCH scale in bud, flower, fruit, leaf and shoot organs and these phases and times were determined. In addition, the effective heat summation requirement for these phenological growth stages were determined hourly and daily. It was determined that the need for 64 - 67 days, 4 816 - 9 220 GDH and 466 - 567 GDD until the full flowering period after providing the 800 Cold Units required to break the dormancy in plum varieties. The period of time until the fruit ripe for consumption varies between 151 (Ozark Premier) - 210 (Angeleno) days. On the other hand, the effective heat summation requirement of plum varieties need up to this stage were determined as 37 302 with 66 644 GDH and 2 448 with 3 968 GDD. In addition to, the period from the on set of vegatation of plum varieties to the resting period changed between 320 (Ozark Premier) and 354 (Santa Rosa) days.
