Abstract:
Bu çalışma kapsamında, mevcut yapı stoğunu güçlendirme çalışmalarında kullanılan sertleşmiş betona yapılan kimyasal ankrajlar ile taze betona uygulanan ankrajlarıneksenel çekme dayanımları araştırılmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda yapılan deneylerde, ankraj donatı cinsi, betona ait özellikler, ankraj gömülme derinliği, kimyasal yapıştırıcı cinsi gibi faktörler sabit tutulmuştur. Ankraj dayanımına etkisini bulmak istediğimiz ankrajın çapı, ankrajın galvanizle kaplı olması veya olmaması, ankrajın taze betona gömülmesi veya sertleşmiş betona kimyasal yapıştırıcı ile ekilmesi durumları incelenmiştir. Yapılan değerlendirmeler sonucunda, ankraj çapının artmasının ankraj dayanımını artırdığı ve kimyasal yapıştırıcı kullanılarak sonradan ekilen ankrajların taze betona yerleştirilen ankrajlara göre dayanımlarının önemli bir ölçüde azaldığı belirlenmiştir.
In this study, the axial tensile strength of the chemical anchors applied to the hardened concrete used to strengthen the existing building stock and the anchors applied to the newly poured concrete has been investigated. Factors such as the type of anchor reinforcement, concrete properties, anchor embedment depth, chemical adhesive type were kept constant in the experiments conducted for this purpose. To find the effect on anchor strength; the diameter of the anchor, the galvanization of the anchor or the absence of anchoring, embedding of the anchor in the new poured concrete or applied to the hardened concrete with chemical adhesive have been examined. As a result of the evaluations, it has been determined that the increase in the anchor diameter has increased the anchor strength and the strength of the anchors which are planted later by chemical adhesive have decreased significantly compared to the anchors placed in the newly poured concrete
