Abstract:
Bu çalışmada, camsı karbon elektrotlar çok duvarlı karbon nanotüp ve nikel-kobalt nanoparçacıklarla modifiye edilerek acetaminophen varlığında tyrosine molekülünün saptanmasına uygulanmıştır. Ni-CoNPs/CNTs/GCE sistemi tyrosine molekülünün yükseltgenmesine önemli oranda katalitik bir etki göstermiştir. Ayrıca, tyrosine molekülüne ait akım cevabında önemli miktarda artış meydana gelmiştir. Önerilen elektrot sistemi ile acetaminophen varlığında tyrosine molekülü seçimli olarak saptanmıştır. Dönüşümlü voltametrik ölçümler akım-konsantrasyon ilişkisinin 5.00x10-7 M ile 3.00x10-4 aralığında doğrusal olduğunu göstermiştir. Tyrosine molekülü için saptama sınırı 2.73x10-7 M olarak hesaplanmıştır.
In this study, glassy carbon electrodes were modified with multi-walled carbon nanotubes and nanoparticles of nickel and cobalt for the determination of tyrosine in the presence of acetaminophen. The Ni-CoNPs/CNTs/GCE system exhibited a high catalytic affect towards the oxidation of tyrosine and a drastic enhancement in current response. It was shown that proposed electrode enabled the selective detection of tyrosine in the presence of acetaminophen. The cyclic voltammetric measurements indicated that the current-concentration profile was linear over the range from 5.00x10-7 M to 3.00x10-4 M a detection limit of 2.73x10-7 M was calculated for tyrosine.
