Abstract:
Bu çalışmada sera koşullarında kalsiyum tuz stresinde yetişen mısır bitkisinin gelişme ve mineral beslenmesine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Tuzluluk stresi tarımsal alanlarda bitkinin büyümesini, gelişmesini olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir. Buna çözüm olarak tuzluluk stresi altındaki mısır bitkisine kalsiyum ilave edildiğinde tuzun olumsuz etkisi kısmen azalmıştır. Denemede kullanılan uygulamalar : a) kontrol ( 0 mM NaCl) , b) tuz stresi (T:100mM NaCl), c) T+ Ca1 (100 mM NaCl +200mg/kg Ca) ve d) T+ Ca2 (100mM NaCl +300mg/kg Ca). Denemede bitkinin toplam yaş ve kuru ağırlığı, yapraktaki Na, N, P, K ve Ca içeriği, fotosentez verimi, klorofil miktarı, hücre zarı geçirgenliği, yapraktaki su düzeyi, hücre özsuyunun ozmotik basıncı ve prolin miktarı araştırılmıştır. Mısır bitkisine tuz ve tuzla birlikte toprağa farklı oranda kalsiyum ilave edildiğinde bitkinin yaş ve kuru ağırlığı, hücre zarı geçirgenliği, toplam klorofil, yapraktaki su potansiyeli, osmotik basınç ve prolin miktarı üzerinde pozitif etki yapmış, tuzun negatif etkisini kısmen azaltmıştır. Tuz grubunda hücre zarı geçirgenliği, osmatik basınç ve prolin miktarı tuz uygulamalarıyla artış göstermiştir.
In this study, the effect of calcium on the growth and mineral nutrition of maize plants grown at salinity conditions under the greenhouse conditions was studied. salinity stress adversely affects plant growth and development in agricultural areas. As a solition, the negative effect of salt stress was reduced partly by the supplement of calcium to salt-stressed maize plants. The treatments in the experiment were: a) control (0 mM NaCl), b) Salt stress (S: 100 mM NaCl), c S + Ca1 (100 mM NaCl+ 200 mg/kg Ca and d) c S + Ca2 (100 mM NaCl+ 300 mg/kg Ca). In this experiment, the total fresh and dry weights of the plant, Na, N, P, K and Ca content of leaf, photosynthesis efficiency, chlorophyll content, cell membrane permeability, leaf water potential, the osmotic pressure of sap of leaf and proline content were studied. The supplement of different amounts of calcium to soil reduces the negative effects of salt partly and effects the total weight of fresh and dry content of the plant, cell membrane permeability, the total chlorophyll, the water potential of leaf, the osmotic pressure and the amount of prolin in a positive way . ın salt group, cell membrane permeability, the osmotic pressure and the amount of proline have shown an increase with the salt implementation.
