Abstract:
Bu çalışma, antepfıstığı (Pistacia vera L.) meyvelerinde zararlı Corizus hyoscyami (L.) (Hemiptera: Rhopalidae) ve Spilostethus pandurus (Scopoli) (Hemiptera: Lygaeidae) erginlerinin erken ve geç dönemde neden olduğu zararı belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışma 2015 yılında Şanlıurfa ilinin Birecik İlçesi'nde yürütülmüştür. Nisan ayının sonunda antepfıstığı meyveleri tane tuttuktan sonra içerisinde meyve salkımı bulunan dallar tülden yapılmış dal kafeslerine alınmıştır. Kafeslerin içine 7 günlük beslenme süresince dörder adet hemipter bırakılmıştır. Daha sonra bu böcekler kafeslerden uzaklaştırılmış ve toplam, düşen ve zarar görmüş (epikarp lezyonu) meyveler kaydedilmiştir. Kafesler daha sonra hasat zamanına kadar tekrar takılmış, toplam, düşen ve zarar görmüş meyveler sayılmıştır. Hasat edilen meyvelerin içi açılarak çekirdeğin durumu (temiz, nekroz) kaydedilmiştir. Denemeler meyve oluşumu ve kabuğun sertleşmeye başladığı erken dönem (5 Mayıs – 16 Haziran) ile meyve kabuğunun sertleşmesinden sonraki geç dönemde (23 Temmuz – 25 Ağustos) gerçekleştirilmiştir. Erken dönem denemelerinde küçük hemipter C. hyoscyami'nin erginleri, geç dönem denemelerinde ise iri hemipter S. pandurus'un erginleri kullanılmıştır. Kontrol uygulamasında kafeslere böcek bırakılmamıştır. Çalışma sonucunda erken dönem (5-12 Mayıs) denemelerinde meyvelerde % 63.03 epikarp lezyonu görülmüş olup meyvelerin %65.39'unun düştüğü belirlenmiştir. Mayıs ayının son haftasından itibaren ise epikarp lezyonu görülmemiştir. Meyve kabuğunun sertleştiği geç dönem (23-30 Temmuz) denemelerinde meyve içinde %43.38 oranında çekirdek nekrozu görülmüş, ancak meyvelerde düşme görülmemiştir. Kontrol grubunda ise her iki dönem için herhangi bir zarara rastlanmamıştır.
The purpose of the present study, was to determine early and late season damage of Corizus hyoscyami (L.) (Hemiptera: Rhopalidae) and Spilostethus pandurus (Scopoli) (Hemiptera: Lygaeidae) on pistachio fruits. Study was performed in Birecik town of Sanliurfa state at 2015. At the end of april, after bud-break, pistachio branches with nut clusters were isolated in organdy cages. Four hemipter were introduced in a branch cage for a 7-day feding period. After that, the hemipters were removed and the numbers of total, dropped and damaged (epicarp lesion) nuts were recorded. The cages were then resealed until harvest time, when the numbers of total, tropped and damaged nuts were again recorded. The nuts were then dissected and the kernel condition (clean, necrotic) was recorded. The trials were conducted at two seasonal periods: early season, as the fruit load is being set (5 May – 16 June) and late season, after shell hardening (23 July – 25 August). In early season trials small hemipter C. hyoscyami adults, in late season trials large hemipter S. pandurus adults were used. No insect control treatments. Study show that, the percentages of epicarp lesions on pistachio nuts formed in the early season (5-12 May) trial was 63.03% and the percentages of dropped nuts was 65.39%. In the late season (23-30 July) trials has seen a 43.38% kernel necrosis on pistachio nuts, and the nuts were not dropped. For both season at control group there was no damage.
