Abstract:
Bu çalışma, Diyarbakır'da tarla koşullarında, mikoriza aşılaması ve farklı dozlarda mantar kompostu uygulamalarının fasulyenin bitki gelişimi ve verimine etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Fasulye çeşidi olarak Şehirali-90, mikoriza aşılamasında ise "Mikostar BT-100". Kullanılmıştır. Mantar kompostu dozları; 0, 2 ve 4 ton da-1 olacak şekilde uygulanmıştır. Çalışma, faktöriyel tesadüf parselleri deneme deseninde 3 tekerürlü olarak kurulmuştur. Mikoriza aşılanmış ve 4 ton da-1 mantar kompostu uygulaması yapılan konuda 1346 kg da-1 olarak en yüksek verim elde edilmiştir. En yüksek üst aksam ağırlığı 156 g bitki-1 ile mikoriza aşılanmamış ve mantar kompostu uygulanmamış konuda belirlenmiştir. Mikoriza aşılaması, farklı dozlarda mantar kompostu uygulamalarında verim, üst aksam ağırlıkları ve fosfor değerleri arasında farklılıklar olduğu belirlenmiştir. Farklı dozlarda mantar kompostu uygulamalarının bitkide verim unsurlarına etkisi istatistiksel açıdan önemli bulunmuştur.
This study was conducted to determine the effect of mycorrhizal inoculation, different doses mushroom compost applications on growth and yield of beans in field conditions in Diyarbakır. Şehirali-90 was used as a beans variety and "Mikostar BT-100" used as a mycorrhizae inoculation. Mushroom compost doses as 0, 2 ve 4 ton da-1 were applied. The study was established as randomized plot factorial experiment design with three replications. The highest yield as 1346 kg da-1 was obtained from the subject that was inoculated with mycorrhiza and mushroom compost applied at the dose of 4 ton da-1 . The highest above-ground plant weight was determined as 156 g plant-1 in the subject where was not inoculated with mycorrhiza and without mushroom compost application. The variations among mycorrhiza inoculation, yield in different doses of mushroom compost application, above-ground plant weight and phosphor values were determined. It was found that application of mushroom compost at different doses have statistically significant effect on plant yield factors.
