Abstract:
Karbon nanotüp ve tungsten nanoparçacıklardan oluşan yeni bir voltametrik platform hazırlanmıştır. Önerilen voltametrik platform, ilaç ürünlerdeki triptofanın (TRP) saptanması için kullanılmıştır. Elektrot yüzeyindeki tabakalar, taramalı elektron mikroskobu (SEM) ve enerji dağılımlı X ışınları spekstrokopisi (EDX) kullanılılarak karakterize edilmiştir. Bir çok elektrotla karşılaştırıldığında bu elektrot sistemi (WNPs-CNTs/GCE), TRP için yüksek katalitik etki göstermiş ve elektrokimyasal davranışlarını geliştirmiştir. Önerilen elektrot yüzeyinde, TRP için 0.705 V civarında iyi tanımlanmış bir yükseltgenme piki gözlenmiştir. TRP' nin saptanması, dönüşümlü voltametri (CV) kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Önerilen elektrot yüzeyinde, TRP'nın 1.0x10-9-1.0x10-7 M'lık konsantrasyon aralığında doğrusal olduğu gözlenmiştir. Kompozit malzeme TRP için 3.5x10ˉ10 M'lık bir saptama sınırına olanak vermiştir. Ayrıca, WNPs-CNTs/GCE yüzeyinde TRP için mükemmel tekrarlanabilirlik, yüksek kesinlik ve yüksek doğruluk gözlenmiştir. A novel voltammetric platform using carbon nanotubes and tungsten nanoparticles was prepared. The proposed voltammetric platform was utilized for the detection of tryptophan (TRP) in pharmaceuticals. The layers on the electrode surface have characterized, using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX). Compared with several other electrodes, the proposed electrode (WNPs-CNTs /GCE) exhibited high catalytic activity and improved the electrochemical behavior of TRP. TRP exhibited a well-defined voltammetric peak at 0.705 V at the proposed electrode surface. Detection of TRP was performed using cyclic voltammetry (CV). It was shown that TRP was linear in the concentration range of 1.0x10-9 to 1.0x10-7 M. The composite material enabled a detection limit of 3.5x10-10 M for TRP. In addition, excellent reproducibility, high precision and accuracy were obtained for TRP at the surface of WNPs-CNTs/GCE. The composite material based electrode has successfully applied for the determination of TRP in pharmaceuticals. KEY WORDS: tryptophan; nanoparticles; carbon nanotubes; modification; determination
