Abstract:
Bu araştırma, Farklı Doz ve Dönemlerde Naftalin Asetik asit (NAA) Uygulamalarının Pamuğun (Gossypium hirsutum L.) Verim, Verim Unsurları ve Lif Teknolojik Özelliklerine Etkisini araştırmak amacıyla planlanmıştır. Çalışma, Şanlıurfa Haliliye İlçesi Arapoğlu Köyü deneme alanında 2017 yılı yetiştirme sezonunda yürütülmüştür. Deneme tesadüf blokları deneme deseninde 3 tekerrürlü, her parsel 4 sıralı, sıra arası 70 cm ve sıra üzeri mesafe 15 cm olacak şekilde kurulmuştur. Denemede Candia pamuk çeşidi bitki materyali olarak kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; kütlü pamuk veriminin 470.3 kg/da ile 762.0 kg/da arasında değiştiği saptanmıştır. Ayrıca, en yüksek kütlü pamuk verimi, bitki başına koza sayısı, meyve dalı sayısı, koza kütlü pamuk ağırlığı Ç.B.30+Ç.D.30 uygulamasından, en yüksek bitki boyu T.B.15+Ç.D.15 uygulamasından, en yüksek erkencilik ve lif kopma dayanıklılığı Ç.B.45+Ç.D.45 uygulamasından, en yüksek odun dalı sayısı T.B.30 uygulamasından, en yüksek çırçır randımanı T.B.90 uygulamasından, en yüksek 100 tohum ağırlığı Ç.D.30 uygulamasından elde edilmiştir. NAA uygulamalarının lif indeksi, lif inceliği ve lif uzunluğu özellikleri üzerine istatistiki olarak önemli bir etkisinin olmadığı saptanmıştır.
This study was conducted to determine the effect of Naphthaleneacetic acid foliar application at different doses and growth stages on the yield, yield components and fiber technological properties of cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.). The study was carried out at the trial site of Arapoğlu Village in the Haliliye county of Şanlıurfa in 2017 growing season. The trial was established as randomized complete block design with three replications and the Candia variety was used as material. Experimental plots were consisted of four rows with row spacing of 70 cm and intra-row spacing of 15 cm. As a result of this study; seed cotton yields were obtained vary between 4703 kg ha-1 - 7620 kg ha-1. Furthermore, the highest seed cotton yield, seed cotton weight per boll, number of boll per plant and number of sympodia were obtained from the application of First Flower (F.F.) 30 g + Peak Bloom (P.B) 30 g, the highest plant height from the application of First Square (F.S.) 15 g + Peak Bloom (P.B) 15 g, the highest first harvest ratio and fiber strength from the application of First Flower (F.F.) 45 g + Peak Bloom (P.B) 45 g, the highest number of monopodia from the application of First Square (F.S.) 30 g, the highest ginning outturn from the application of First Square (F.S.) 90 g, the highest seed index from the application of Peak Bloom (P.B) 30 g. With the application of NAA, no significant effect was found statistically on the properties lint index, fiber length and fiber fineness.
