Abstract:
Bu çalışma 2017-2018 yıllarında Harran Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Bahçe Bitkileri Bölümü'ne ait Bağ Yetiştirme ve Islahı serası ile Hasat Sonrası Fizyolojisi Laboratuvarında yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada materyal olarak Red Globe, Hatun Parmağı, Horoz Karası ve Şiraz çeşitlerinin 3 gözlü sert odun (dal) çelikleri kullanılmıştır. Çelikler 3 yapraklı büyüklüğe ulaştıklarında çeliklere farklı dozlarda (0, 50, 100 ve 150 mM NaCl) tuz uygulanmaya başlanmış ve 4 uygulama sonrası tuz uygulamalarına son verilmiştir. Uygulama öncesi ve sonrasında yaprak, sürgün ve köklerde fizyolojik özellikler ile kanopi sıcaklık depresyonu, ortam sıcaklığı, tolerans oranı, canlılık oranı ve ortam tuzluluğu incelenmiştir. Red Globe, Horoz Karası, Şiraz çeşitleri 600 mM tuz uygulamasına tolerans gösterememiştir. 400 mM NaCl uygulanan gruplar incelendiğinde en yüksek saksı ortamı sıcaklığı Red Globe çeşidinde en düşük saksı ortamı sıcaklığı ise Şiraz çeşidi çeliklerinde tespit edilmiştir. Genel olarak incelenen tüm özelliklerde tuz miktarının artışıyla genel bir azalma gözlenmiştir. Çalışmada incelenen tüm parametreler birlikte değerlendirildiğinde; tuza toleransı en yüksek olan çeşidin Hatun Parmağı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Tuza tolerans bakımından Hatun Parmağı çeşidini sırasıyla Red Globe, Horoz Karası ve Şiraz çeşitlerinin izlediği belirlenmiştir.
This study was carried out in Harran University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Horticulture, Vineyard Cultivation and Breeding Greenhouse and Post-Harvest Physiology Laboratory in 2017-2018. In the study, the canes of Red Globe, Hatun Parmağı, Horoz Karası and Shiraz varieties were used as plant material. When the scions reached 3-leaf size, the salt was applied to the scions at different doses (0, 50, 100 and 150 mM NaCl) and after 4 applications, the salt applications were stopped. Before and after the application, physiological features of leaf, roots and shoots also canopy temperature depression, ambient temperature, tolerance rate, vitality ratio and soil salinity were examined. Red Globe, Horoz Karası, Shiraz varieties could not tolerate 600 mM salt application. When 400 mM NaCl groups were examined, the highest potting soil temperature was determined in Red Globe and the lowest potting soil temperature was determined in Shiraz scions. In general, a general decrease was observed with the increase in the amount of salt in all properties examined. When all the parameters examined in the study were evaluated together; It was determined that the variety with the highest tolerance to salt was Hatun Parmağı. In terms of salt tolerance, it was determined that the varieties of Hatun Parmağı were followed by Red Globe, Horoz Karası and Shiraz varieties.
