Abstract:
Bu çalışmada kurutma havasının ısıtılmasında yakıt olarak LNG, LPG ve kömür kullanılan dört farklı mısır kurutma tesisinin enerji, ekserji ve maliyet analizleri yapılmıştır. Kurutma süreçlerinde, yüksek nemdeki mısır, saklama nemi olan %15 nem içeriğinin altında bir değere indirilmiştir. Kurutma tesisine; sabit hava debisinde farklı koşullarda kurutma havası gönderilerek ürün kurutma işlemi yapılmıştır. Kurutma sürecinde, kurutucularda belirlenen ölçüm noktalarında sıcaklık, bağıl nem ve hava hızı gibi termodinamik özellikler ölçülmüştür. Her kurutma tesisinde 4 adet deneysel ölçüm yapılmıştır. Kurutma tesislerinde kurutma havası giriş koşulları ve yakıtın ısıl değeri gibi parametrelerin yakıt sarfiyatı, enerji verimliliği, ekserji verimliliği ve birim kurutma maliyeti üzerindeki etkileri değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, giriş havası sıcaklığının artması ısıtıcı verimini ve enerji verimliliğini düşürdüğü, birim kurutma maliyetini ve yakıt sarfiyatını artırdığı tespit edilmiştir. Isıl değeri yüksek yakıt kullanımı yüksek sıcaklıklarda çalışma imkânını sağladığından kurutma süresinin azalmasında etkin rol oynadığı tespit edilmiştir.
In this study, energy, exergy and cost analysis of four different industrial type corn drying plants using LNG, LPG and coal as the fuel for the drying air heating were done. During the drying process, corn at high humidity was lowered to below 15% humidity content, which is storage nematode. Drying plant; the drying air was sent to the stationary air flow in different conditions to dry the product. In the drying process, thermodynamic properties such as temperature, relative humidity and air velocity are measured at the effects of the specified points in the dryer. Four experimental measurements were taken at each drying facility. The parameters such as the drying air inlet conditions and the thermal heat value of the fuel on the energy consumption, energy efficiency, the efficiency of the exergy and the unit drying cost are evaluated for each drying facility. As a result, it has been found that increasing inlet air temperature reduces heater efficiency and energy efficiency while it increases the unit drying cost and fuel consumption. It has been also found that high thermal heat of value fuel plays an important role in decreasing drying time as it allows to work at high temperatures.
