Abstract

ÖZET İBN TOLUN (ö. 953/1546)'UN İNBÂÜ'L-ÜMERÂ Bİ ENBÂİ'L-VÜZERÂ ADLI ESERİNİN TAHLİL, DEĞERLENDİRME VE TERCÜMESİ İslam kültür ve medeniyetinde emirler ve vezirler tarihi önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. İslam kültür ve medeniyetine aidiyeti olan birbirinden değişik devletlerin emir ve vezirlerin hayat hikâyelerinin konu edindiği tez çalışmamız İbn Tolun'un İnbaü'l-ümerâ bi enbâi'l-vüzerâ adlı eseri, tarih literatürü alanında İbn Tolun'un kendi el yazısı ile yazmış olduğu tek nüshalık klasik bir eserdir. Eser, ilk defa 1418/ 1997 yılında tahkik edilerek ilim dünyası ile buluşturulmuştur. Bu bağlamda Arap ilim dünyasına kazandırılan eser, tercüme edilip Türk ilim camiasının istifadesi hedeflenmiştir. İbn Tolun, İslam ilim geleneği tarihi müellifleri arasında Suyuti'den sonra yaklaşık yedi yüz elli eser telif ederek en çok eser bırakan müellifler arasında yerini almıştır. Tezimiz, giriş ve üç bölümden meydana gelmektedir. Giriş kısmında konunun önemi, yöntemi ve İslam tarihinde vezirlik gibi konular hakkında bilgiler verildi. Birinci bölümde, İbn Tolun'un hayatı, kişiliği ile yazdığı eserler; yaşadığı dönemin siyasi ve kültürel ortamı; ilmi şahsiyeti ve bulunduğu görevler gibi alt başlık konularında bilgiler sunuldu. İkinci bölümde eserin metodu, yararlandığı kaynaklar ile eserin tahlil ve değerlendirmesi hakkında bilgiler verildi. Üçüncü bölümde ise yazarın eserinde kaleme aldığı otuz iki vezirin hayat hikâyesini Türkçeye tercüme ettik. Anahtar Kelimeler: İbn Tolun, Emir, Vezir, Menkıbe, Siyasetname. ABSTRACT THE ANALYSIS EVALUATION, AND TRANSLATION OF İBN TOLUN (d. 953/1546) WORK NAMED İNBÂÜ'L-ÜMERÂ Bİ ENBÂİ'L-VÜZERÂ The history of Viziers and Muslim rulers has a very important place in Islam culture and civilization. Ibn Tolun's work, İnbâü'l-Ümerâ bi Enbâi'l-Vüzerâ, is the single classic copy that he wrote in his own handwriting in the field of history literature, which my thesis mentionsthe life stories of Muslim rulers and viziers of the governments different from one another and pertaining to the Islam Culture and Civilization. His work was first discovered in 1418 (Hijri year)/ 1997 (Gregorian year) andmet with the world of science. In this context, I aimed to translate this work brought to the world of Arab science and present it to the succession of the Turkish science community. Among the historical authors of the Islamic science tradition, Ibn Tolun took his place among the authors who left the most works by writing about seven hundred and fifty works after Imam Suyuti. My thesis consists of an introduction part and three chapters. In the introduction part, the significance of the study, the method and literature review on Viziers in Islam history were presented. In the first chapter, subtitle topics such as Ibn Tolun's life, personality and works, the political and cultural environment of the time he lived, andhis scientific personality and duties he carried out were presented. In the second chapter, the method of his work, sources it had used and analysis and evaluation of the work were mentioned while we translated the life story of thirty-two viziers that the author put down on a paper in his work into Turkish in the third chapter, Keywords: Ibn Tolun, Muslim Ruler, Vizier, Legend, Book of Government.
