Abstract:
Bu tez çalışmasında, bazalt lif içeriğinin betonun taze ve sertleştirilmiş özellikleri üzerindeki etkileri araştırılmıştır. 12 mm uzunluğa sahip olan mikro bazalt lifleri, toplam hacmin% 0.2,% 0.4,% 0.6 ve% 0.8'inde betona eklenmiştir. Yalın beton karışımı (% 0 fiber) kontrol grubu olarak üretildi. . Beton karışımları iki farklı su/çimento oranı ile ( 0.47 ve 0.59 ) hazırlanmıştır. Bazalt elyaf ile üretilen betonun mekanik özellikleri, basınç dayanımı, eğilme dayanımı, yarmada çekme dayanımı ve statik elastisite modülü ile tanımlanmıştır. Tepki yüzey yöntemi kullanılarak yapılan çok amaçlı optimizasyon analizleri, en aza indirilmiş maliyet ile çökme, basınç mukavemeti, eğilme mukavemeti, yarmada çekme dayanımı ve statik elastisite modülünün tepkilerine dayanan maksimum performansın parametrelendirilmesi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Deney sonuçlarına göre, betonun işlenebilirliği bazalt elyaf kullanarak önemli ölçüde kötüleşrken, betonun mekanik özelliklerinin bazalt lif ilavesiyle iyileştirildiğini göstermiştir. Performans ve maliyet bazındaki optimizasyon, bazalt fiber içeriğinin 0.356 % lık bir değerin, 0.47'lik su/çimento oranı ile optimum sonuçlar verdiğini göstermektedir.
In this thesis, the influence of basalt fibre content on the fresh and hardenedepropertiessof concrete has been investigated. The chopped micro basalt fibres having the length of 12 mm were incorporated in concrete at 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6% and 0.8% of total volume. A plain concrete mix (0% fibre) was also produced as control. The concrete mixes were prepared with two different water to cement (w/c) ratios of 0.47 and 0.59. The mechanical properties of concrete produced with basalt fibre have been identified through the compressive strength, flexural strength, splitting tensile strength and static modulus of elasticity. The multi objective optimization analyses using response surface method (RSM) was also performed by the parameterization of the minimized cost and the maximized performance based on the responses of slump, compressive strength,iflexurallstrength,ssplitting tensile strengthhanddstatic modulusoof elasticity. Test results illustrated that the mechanical propertiesoof concrete haveebeen improved with the addition of basalt fibre as the workability of concrete were remarkably deteriorated by using basalt fibre. The optimization based on performance and cost infers that the basalt fibre content of 0.356% provides the optimum results with the w/c ratio of 0.47.
