Abstract

Bu çalışmanın konusu, Mardin'de var olan dinî mûsikî kültürüdür. Mardin'de dinî mûsikî kültürünün en önemli unsuru şüphesiz câmi mûsikîsidir. Hâfız Mehmet Ali Demir, câmi mûsikîsi formlarının önemli bir uygulayıcısıdır. Mehmet Ali Demir, aynı zamanda Mardin'deki "mevlidhanlık" geleneğinin yaşayan son temsilcisidir. Çalışmanın hedefi, bugüne kadar kayıt altına alınmamış dinî mûsikî geleneğini Hâfız Mehmet Ali Demir örneğiyle yazılı ortama aktararak kalıcı hale getirmektir. Çalışma, Mardin'deki dinî mûsikî geleneğini, bu gelenek içerisinde Mehmet Ali Demir'in yerini, icrâlarının geniş bir yelpazesini ve çağdaşlarıyla olan ilişkilerini konu almaktadır. Dolayısıyla araştırmacılar tezde Mehmet Ali Demir'in okuduğu çeşitli formları hem güfte hem de nota üzerinde görerek, onun Mardin dinî mûsikîsine kazandırdığı farklı perspektifi müşahede edebileceklerdir. Mehmet Ali Demir'in temsil ettiği geleneği de icrâ tavrında, eğitim tarzında, yöresel motiflerde tespit etmek mümkün olacaktır. The most important element of religious music in Mardin is undoubtedly the mosque music. Mehmet Ali Demir is an important representative of all forms of the mosque music. Demir is also the living representative of the tradition of "mawlidkhanlik" in Mardin. The aim of the study is to make the religious music tradition that has not been recorded so far permanent by putting it in writing with the example of Hafiz Mehmet Ali Demir. This study deals with the religious music tradition in Mardin, the place of Demir in this tradition, a wide spectrum of music and his relations with his contemporaries. Hence, by means of this research, the researchers can and therefore they can observe the different perspectives that he has brought in Mardin's religious music. Thus, the researchers will be able to observe the different perspectives that Mehmet Ali Demir brought in Mardin's religious music by considering the various forms performed by Demir on both the lyrics and the notes. Additionally, the tradition represented by Demir will be able to be examined in terms of the performance, educational style and local motifs.
