Abstract:
Bu çalışmanın konusu, İngiltere ve Türkiye'de sermaye gelirlerinin vergilendirilmesini ve bu iki ülkede sermaye üzerinden alınan vergilerin ekonomik sistem üzerindeki etkilerinin incelenmesidir. Araştırma, sermaye gelirlerinin vergilendirilmesinin ekonomik yapı üzerinde oluşturduğu etkileri incelenmeyi amaçlanmaktadır. Türkiye ve İngiltere'de sermaye üzerinden alınan vergiler nicel veriler ışığında, iki ülkede sermaye gelirlerinin vergilendirilmesinin süreç ve yöntemleri analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda, İngiltere'de sermaye gelirlerinin vergilendirilmesinin Türkiye'ye göre daha etkin ve sosyal devlet anlayışına uygun olduğu saptanmıştır. Aynı zamanda İngiltere'de vergi sisteminin etkili bir araç olarak kullanıldığı belirlenmiştir. İngiliz Vergi Sisteminin, Türk Vergi Sistemine göre daha detaylı olduğu ve deneyime sahip olduğu sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır.
The subject of this study, the taxation of capital income in the United Kingdom and Turkey and to examine their impact on the economic system of taxes levied on capital in these two countries. The aim of the research is not to examine the effects of the taxation of capital incomes on the economic structure. Turkey and taxes on capital in the UK in the light of quantitative data, the taxation of capital income in two countries processes and methods were analyzed. In conclusion, the taxation of capital income in the UK than in Turkey were found to be more effective and appropriate to the social state. At the same time it was determined that the tax system in England was used as an effective tool. The British Tax System is more detailed than the Turkish Tax System and has proven to have more experience.
