The determination of properties of lokal types in pomegranate population of siverek area (Şanlıurfa) / Siverek yöresi (Şanlıurfa) nar populasyonlarında yerel tiplerin özelliklerinin belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma Şanlıurfa İli Siverek ilçesinin Narlıkaya (Katina), Büyükyakıtlı, Küçükgöl, Büyükgöl, Yapraklı Köylerinde yetiştirilen önemli nar genotiplerinin ağaç ve meyve özelliklerini tespit etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Belirlenen 15 nar tipi üzerinde yapılan pomolojik incelemelerde, tiplerin meyve ağırlıklarının 218-1247 g arasında değiştiği saptanmıştır. Nar tiplerinin meyvelerinde yapılan duyusal tat analizine göre; dokuz tipin mayhoş, üç tipin tatlı ve üç tipin ise ekşi olduğu belirlenmiştir. Nar tiplerinin meyve dane renklerinin pembe ile kırmızı tonları arasında değiştiği tespit edilmiştir. Kabuk üst ve alt zemin renklerinin ise sarı, kırmızı ve pembe tonları arasında değiştiği saptanmıştır. Meyve suyunda suda çözünür kuru madde değerinin %13.00-17.43 arasında değiştiği tespit edilmiştir. This study was done to establish the features of the tree and fruit of the prominent pomegranate genotypes that has been cultivated in the villages of the Narlıkaya, Büyükyakıtlı, Küçükgöl, Büyükgöl and Yapraklı that were located with in the boundaries of Siverek, Şanlıurfa. Fruit weights were changed between 218 g and 1.247 g was detected after the pomologic studies that were done on fifteen types of genotypes, the pomegranates were classifed as following; nine tart type, three sweet type and tree sour type. The color of pomegranate grains were identified as red and pink tones. The ground colors of upper and lower pomegranate Shell were identified as yellow, red and pink tones. It was detected that the proportions of water-soluble dry substance in fruit juice were varied between 13.00% and 17.43% percent.
