Abstract:
Karbon nanotüplerle modifiye edilmiş bor katkılı elmas elektrotlar kullanılarak ilaç örneklerinde metildopanın, hızlı, güvenilir ve duyarlı bir şekilde saptanması için elektroanalitik yöntemler geliştirilmiştir. Çok duvarlı karbon nanotüplerle modifiye edilen bor katkılı elmas elektrotu metildopanın yükseltgenmesine çok yüksek bir elektrokatalitik etki göstermiş ve akım cevabında belirgin bir artış sergilemiştir. Elde edilen modifiye elektrot pH'sı 3.0 olan 0.1 M fosfat tamponunda (PBS) metildopanın saptanmasına uygulanmıştır. Saptama sınırı 2.28 x10-8 M olan kalibrasyon grafiği 2.84×10-7-4.67×10-6 M konsantrasyon aralığında doğrusaldır. Karbon nanotüplerle yüzey modifikasyonu türlerin yükseltgenmesi için gereken potansiyeli düşürmüş, voltametrik davranışları geliştirmiş ve metildopanın tekrarlanabilir bir şekilde saptanmasına imkân vermiştir. Hazırlanan modifiye elektrot sistemi ilaç örneklerine mükemmel bir şekilde uygulanmıştır.
Electroanalytical methods were developed for the rapid, reliable and sensitive determination of methyldopa in pharmaceuticals using a boron doped diamond electrode modified with multi-walled carbon nanotubes. The boron doped diamond electrodes modified with multi-walled carbon nanotubes showed a high electrocatalytic effect towards the oxidation of methyldopa and exhibited a marked enhancement of the current response. The modified electrode was used for the determination of methyldopa in 0.1 M phosphate buffer solution (PBS) at pH 4.0. The calibration curve is linear in the concentration range from 2.84×10-7to 4.67×10-6 M with a detection limit of 2.28x10-8 M. The surface modification with MWCNT served to reduce the potential required to oxidize species, improve voltammetric behaviour and enables a reproducible detection for methyldopa. The modified electrode system has successfully been applied to the pharmaceutical formulations.
