Abstract:
Şanlıurfa-Adıyaman İl sınırları içinde yer alan Atatürk Baraj Gölü'nün, Set-Tünel girişi bölgesinde, bazı fiziko-kimyasal parametrelerini (sıcaklık, hidrojen iyon konsantrasyonu, elektriksel iletkenlik, çözünmüş oksijen miktarı ve ışık geçirgenliği) ve zooplankton faunasını tespit etmek amacıyla, belirlenen dört istasyondan, Kasım 2011-Ekim 2012 tarihleri arasında aylık olarak örneklemeler yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda Rotifera'dan 46, Cladocera'dan 12 ve Copepoda'dan 1 tür olmak üzere, toplamda 59 tür teşhis edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda tespit edilen türlerin tamamı Atatürk Baraj Gölü için yeni kayıttır.
Şanlıurfa-Adiyaman province within the boundaries of the Ataturk Dam Lake, Set-tunnel entrance zone, and some physico-chemical parameters (temperature, hydrogen ion concentration, electrical conductivity, dissolved oxygen and light transmittance) and zooplankton fauna in order to determine the set from four stations, between November 2011 and October 2012 sampling was conducted on a monthly basis. As a result 46 of Rotifera, Cladocera and Copepoda 1 type 12 from a total of 59 species were identified. As a result all of the identified species are new records for the Atatürk Dam Lake.
