Abstract:
İz elementlerin önemi günümüz hayvancılığında yeni yeni anlaşılmaktadır. İz elementler yaşamın temel taşlarından olup bu minerallerin eksikliği, koyun ve kuzularda paraziter ve enfeksiyoz hastalıklar ile verim kayıpları açısından önemlidir. Organizmada çok düşük miktarlarda bulunan iz elementler, pek çok metabolik olayın ve immün fonksiyonların gerçekleşmesinde büyük önem taşımaktadırlar. Bu çalışmada, Şanlıurfa ili merkez bölgesindeki koyunlarda demir, bakır ve çinko seviyelerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma alanı olarak Şanlıurfa ili merkez bölgesi seçildi ve bu bölge dört alt bölgeye ayrıldı. Her alt bölgeden 25'er adet olmak üzere, toplam 100 koyundan kan örneği alındı. Fast Seguential Atomic Absorption Spectrometer ile yapılan analizde, dört bölgeye ait kan serumun demir, bakır ve çinko seviyeleri sırasıyla 131,02±3,32 µg/dl, 85,96±3,22 µg/dl ve 73,31±1,91µg/dl olarak ölçüldü. Elde edilen veriler referans değerlerle karşılaştırıldığında; demir ve bakır seviyesinin normal (P<0,05), çinko seviyesinin düşük olduğu (P<0,01) tespit edildi. Bölgeler arası varyans analizinde ise çinko seviyesinin 2. ve 4. bölgede diğer bölgelere göre önemli oranda (P<0,01) düşük olduğu belirlendi. Sonuç olarak; Şanlıurfa ili Merkez bölgesinde çinko yönünden gizli yetmezlik ten söz edilebileceği ve özellikle çinko eksikliğinin daha belirgin olduğu tespit edildi.
The importance of trace elements are newly understood in today's livestock. Trace elements are one of the cornerstones of the life and the lack of these elements are important in terms of parasitic and infectious diseases, and loss of yield in sheep and lambs. Trace elements, present very low amounts in organisms, have great importance in many metabolic processes and immune function. In this study, it was aimed to determine the serum levels of Fe, Cu and Zn in the sheep in Sanliurfa. The study area was chosen as the central of Sanliurfa and this region was divided into four sub-regions. The blood samples were collected from 100 sheep (as 25 samples in each sub-region). In the analysis of the serum levels of iron, copper and zinc with FS-Atomic Absorption in the four regions were measured as 131.02 ± 3.32 mg/dL, 85.96 ± 3.22 mg/dl and 73.31 ± 1.91 mg/dl, respectively. When the obtained data compared with the reference value; the levels of iron and copper were normal (P<0,05) and level of zinc was low (P<0,01) . The zinc level was significantly lower (P<0,01) in 2th and 4th region than the other regions in the variance analysis. As a result, it may mention that hidden zinc deficiency was avaliable and the zinc deficiency was measured more specifically in the central of Sanliurfa.
