Abstract:
GİRİŞ: Daha önce yapılan çalışmalar ve sonuçları normotermik ve hipotermik kardiyopulmoner bypass hakkında değerli bilgiler vermektedir. Bu çalışmada, biyoimpedans yöntemine göre, bu iki tür arasındaki farklar incelendi. METOT: Normotermik ve Hipotermik bypass gruplarından her biri için 15 hasta çalışmaya dahil edildi. BİS (Biyoimpedans spektroskopi) temeline (50 frekans) dayalı (Body Composition Monitor) olarak vücut kompozisyon analizi yapıldı. Extracellular Sıvı, İntrasellular Sıvı, Fat Mass, Basal Metabolic Rate gibi parametreler kullanıldı. BULGULAR: Yapılan çalışmada, hipotermi ve normotermiye bağlı BİS parametreleriyle yapılan ölçümler her iki koşulda da anlamlı benzerlikler göstermiştir. SONUÇ: İCW (İntracellular Water) düzeyinde artış ödemin göstergesi kabul edilmiş. Her iki koşul altında diüretik destekle hücre içi sıvının vasküler alana kanalize edilmesi gerektiği kanaatindeyiz. INTRODUCTION: Earlier studies conducted and their results provide valuable information on the normothermic and hypothermic cardiopulmonary bypass. In this study, were investigated between these two styles differences by the method of bioimpedance. METHODS: Normothermic and hypothermic bypass group for each of the 15 patients were included in the study. BİS (Biyoimpedance spectroskopy) base (50 frequencies) based on (Body Composition Monitor) as a body composition analysis was performed. Extracellular fluid, intracellular fluid, Fat Mass, Basal Metabolic Rate was used as parameters. RESULTS: In the study, hypothermia and normotermi connected to the BIS parameter measurements made with both conditions showed significant similarities. CONCLUSION: ICW (İntracellular Water) accepted indicator of increase in the level of edema.
