Abstract:
Bu çalışmada Cam elyaf takviyeli plastik boru üretimi yapan tesiste üretim prosesi sonucu meydana gelen insan sağlığına zararlı kanserojen ve mutajen bir bileşik olan Stiren emisyonunun azaltılarak ortamdan uzaklaştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla ortamdaki havalandırma ve egzoz sistemlerinin verimlilikleri ölçülerek karşılaştırılmıştır. Karşılaştırma sonrası mevcut durum ortaya konulmuştur. Ayrıca ortamdaki dikdörtgen kesitli kanalda hava akışı hesaplamalı akışkanlar dinamiği yazılımı ile incelenmiştir. Yapılan ölçüm, karşılaştırma ve analizlerin sonuçları detaylı olarak paylaşılmıştır. Sonuçta Stiren emisyonunun çalışma ortamında azaltılarak, acil bir şekilde ortamdan tahliyesi ile ilgili çözüm ve önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
In this study, it was aimed to decrease the emission of styrene which is harmful carcinogen and mutagenic compound which is harmful to human health, which is the result of the production process of GRP pipe production. For this purpose, the efficiency of ventilation and exhaust systems in the environment was measured and compared. After the comparison, the current situation is revealed. In addition, the airflow computed fluids in the environment have also been examined with the CFD software. The results of the measurements, comparisons and analyzes made are shared in detail. As a result, Stiren's emissions have been reduced in the working environment and solutions and suggestions have been made for immediate release from the environment.
