Kistik fibrozisli çocuga sahip annelerin bakım yükünün ve depresyon durumunun incelenmesi / Investigations of human health and depression maintenance with cycle fibrozylic children

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı kistik fibrozis tanısı almış çocuğa sahip annelerin bakım yükünün ve depresyon durumunun incelenmesidir. Materyal ve Metot: Tanımlayıcı tipte olan araştırma Şanlıurfa Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Alerji ve İmmünoloji polikliniğine başvuran 30 hasta ile Kistik Fibrozis Yardımlaşma ve Dayanışma derneğine kayıtlı bulunan 120 hastayla yapılmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında, sosyodemografik özelliklere ilişkin soru formu, Zarit Bakım Yükü Ölçeği ve Beck Depresyon Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde; SPSS programında Kruskal-Wallis, bağımsız gruplarda t testi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Kistik fibrozisli çocukların annelerin; %52' si 26-35 yaş aralığında, %41.3' ü ilk-orta okul mezunu, %54.7' si il merkezinde oturduğu, %73.3' ün maddi sıkıntı yaşadığı %34.7' si hasta bakımında beslenmesinde zorluk yaşadığı, %53' ün bakım konusunda bir eğitim almadığı saptanmıştır. Bu çalışmada annelerin Beck Depresyon ölçeği puan ortalaması 18.07±9.64, Zarit Bakım Yükü Ölçeği puan ortalaması 29.35±14.28 olarak bulunmuştur. Hastaların annelerinin; yaş, eğitim, çalışma durumu gibi sosyodemografik özellikleri, ve çocukların yaş, cinseyet, hastalık süresine göre annelerin bakım yükü ve depresyon durumunu etkilemediği bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Bu çalışmada Kistik Fibrozisli çocuk hastaların annelerine; orta düzeyde depresyon olduğu, bakım yüklerinin hafif orta düzeyde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Çalışmadan çıkan sonuçlara göre; Kistik Fibrozisli çocuğa sahip annelerin güçlendirilmesine yönelik hemşirelik çalışmalarının yapılması önerilmektedir. Materials and Methods: This descriptive study was conducted on 30 patients who applied to Şanlıurfa Training and Research Hospital Allergy and Immunology policlinic and 120 patients registered to the Association of Cystic Fibrosis Aid and Solidarity. Questionnaire related to sociodemographic characteristics, Scale of Negative Care Load and Beck Depression Scale were used to collect data. In evaluating the data; Kruskal-Wallis in the SPSS program, and t-test in the independent groups. Findings: Mothers of children with cystic fibrosis; 52% are between 26-35 years of age. 41.3% were primary school graduates, 54.7% were living in provincial centers, 73.3% had financial difficulties, 34.7% had difficulties in patient care, and 53% were not educated about care. In this study, the mean scores of Beck Depression Scale of the mothers were 18.07 ± 9.64 and 29.35 ± 14.28 of the Scale of Mental Health Care Scale. Patients' mothers; age, education, working status and socio-demographic characteristics were found to have no effect on care load and depression status Conclusion: According to our study of depression status for mothers of cystic fibrosis children, the psychological status was moderate depression; It has been determined that the maintenance loads are mildly moderate according to the average of the total points they receive from the Zarit Maintenance Load Scale. According to the results, It is recommended to inform mother about cystic fibrosis and make training meetings, give psychological support to mother and child, increase state support to mother and cystic fibrosis child.
