Abstract:
Çinko (Zn) noksanlığı bitkide, insanda ve hayvanda sorunlara neden olan yaygın bir mikro element noksanlığıdır. Çinko noksanlığında bitkide verim ve bitkisel ürünlerin besleme kalitesinde düşüşler görülmektedir. Çinko ayrıca bitkide protein sentezi ve bir çok enzimin fonksiyonlarında yaşamsal roller oynamaktadır. Çinko eksikliğindeki bitkilerde protein sentezinin gerilediği ve buna bağlı olarak bitkide amin ve amino asitler gibi çözünür azot (N) formlarının biriktiği bilinmektedir. Çinko ve N arasındaki bu ilişki, farklı Zn ve Üre koşullarında test edilmiştir. Bu amaçla kurulan tarla denemesinde üç farklı çinko dozu (% 0, 0.25 ve 0.50) ZnSO4. 7H2O mısır bitkisinin vejetasyon süresi içerisinde 15 gün arayla 3 defa uygulanmıştır. Uygulanmış olan farklı çinko dozları uygulama çözeltisi içersinde % 1 lik Üreyle ve Üre olmadan farklı parsellere uygulanmıştır. Denemede Dekalb – 6101 mısır çeşidi kullanılmıştır. Yapraktan çinko ve üre uygulamalarının, floresans değerleri, yeşil - kuru madde verimi, dane verimi ve SPAD değerleri üzerine etkisi tarla koşullarında belirlenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, bitkiye uygulanan üre dozları bitkide çinko ve azot miktarını artırmıştır. Uygulanan çinko-üre dozlarına bağlı olarak artan çinko oranı floresans değerini belli bir miktar artırmış; ancak artan üre oranı belli bir noktaya kadar (%0.25 Zn + % 1 Üre) floresans değerini artırmış ve bu noktadan sonra artan üre oranına karşılık bitki yaprağındaki floresans değerini düşürmüştür. Artan çinko-üre dozları bitkinin yaş ve kuru ağırlık verimini ve dane verimini artırmıştır. Artan çinko-üre dozu SPAD değerlerini etkilemiştir. İlk okumada SPAD değeri 58 ile 60 arasında değişirken; İkinci okumada ise SPAD değerleri 60 ile 62 arasında değişmektedir.
Zinc (Zn) deficiency is a common micro element deficiency causing problems in plants, human and animals. Zinc deficiencies results in declines in crop yields and the feeding quality of plant products. Zinc also plays a vital role in protein synthesis in plants and in the functions of many enzymes. In zinc deficient plants, it is known that protein synthesis slows down and nitrogen (N) forms such as amino and amino acids are accumulated in the plant. This relationship between zinc and N was tested under different Zn and Urea conditions. For this purpose, three different doses of zinc in the field trials has been set up (0%, 0.25 and 0.50) ZnSO4 7H2O was applied 3 times during the vegetation period of corn. Different doses of zinc were combined with 1% solution with or without urea and applied to different plots. Decalb - 6101 corn variety was used in the experiment. Effects of foliar application of zinc and urea on the fluorescence values, fresh- dry matter yield, grain yield and SPAD values were determined under field conditions. According to the research results, urea doses applied to the plant increased the amount of zinc and nitrogen in the plant. Based on the applied zinc-urea doses, the increasing zinc ratio increased the fluorescence value by a certain amount; but the increased urea ratio at the current doses increased the fluorescence value up to a certain point (0.25 % Zn + 1 % Üre) and then decreased the fluorescence value of the plant leaf relative to the increased rate of urea. Increased zinc-urea doses increased plant fresh and dry weight and grain yield. Increased zinc-urea affected the SPAD values. At the first reading, the SPAD value ranged from 58 to 60; In the second reading, the SPAD values range from 60 to 62.
