Abstract:
Bu çalışmada, uygun reaksiyon koşulları altında bir seri diflor [L(1-4)(BF2)3] ve difenil [L(1-4)(BPh2)3] kompleksleri yarı-salen ligandları (L1H3-L4H3) ve BF3.Et2O veya BPh3 maddelerinden hazırlandı ve bunların sentezi, spektroskopik ve anti-kanser özellikleri belirlendi. Diflor [L(1-4)(BF2)3] ve difenil [L(1-4)(BPh2)3] komplekslerinin absorpsiyon ve emisyon özellikleri incelendi. Bu komplekslerin BF2 or BPh2 gibi Bor(III) merkezlerine iyi bağlandığını ve çözücü ortamında kuantum veriminin %51 kadar ulaştığı görüldü. Aromatik halkalar üzerinde farklı elektron çekici/elektron verici grupların olması onların floresans ve anti-kanser özelliklerinde de gözlendiği gibi bor komplekslerinin elektronik özelliklerini önemli oranda değiştirmiştir. Yarı-salen (L1H3-L4H3) ligandları ve bu ligandların diflor [L(1-4)(BF2)3] ve difenil [L(1-4)(BPh2)3] komplekslerin yapıları NMR (1H, 13C, 19F ve 11B) spektroskopisi, FT-IR spectr) spektroskopisi, UV-Vis) spektroskopisi, floresans spektroskopisi, LC-MS/MS ) spektroskopisi, erime noktası ile birlikte elementel analiz teknikleri ile karakterize edildi.
In this study, the synthesis, spectroscopic and anti-cancer properties of a series of different difluorine [L(1-4)(BF2)3] and diphenyl [L(1-4)(BPh2)3] complexes have been designed and prepared from hemi salen ligands (L1H3-L4H3) and BF3.Et2O or BPh3 under simple reaction conditions. The difluorine [L(1-4)(BF2)3] and diphenyl [L(1-4)(BPh2)3] complexes were investigated for their absorption and emission properties and these complexes are also good chelates towards boron(III) fragments such as BF2 or BPh2 quantum yield in solution reaching up to 51%. The presence of different electron-withdrawing/electron-donor groups on the aromatic ring significantly alters the electronic properties of boron complexes as reflected in their spectroscopic, fluorescence and anti-cancer properties. The hemi salen (L1H3-L4H3) ligands and theirs BF2 or BPh2 chelating boron complexes characterized by means of NMR (1H, 13C, 19F and 11B) spectra, FT-IR spectra, UV-Vis spectra, fluorescence spectra, LC-MS/MS spectra, melting point as well as elemental analysis.
