Abstract:
Aşırı yanal diyafram duvar deplasmanı ve temel oturmasının beraber oluşması, uygulama alanı yakınındaki binaların zarar görmesine sebep olabilir. Bu binaların yapısal güvenliğinin önemli olduğu durumlarda, hem bodrum kazısı sırasında hem de yapı yükü uygulama sonrasında diyafram duvarın deformasyonunu kontrol altına almak gerekmektedir. Bu tez çalışması, daha önce literatürde verilmiş gerçek bir durum analizini kullanarak, altı katlı bodrum kazısında jet grout grup kolonları ile pasif direnci arttırılmış iç destekli bir diyafram duvar sisteminin üç boyutlu sonlu elemanlar (3B SE) analizini sunmaktadır. Derin kazılarda kontrolsüz yapısal imalat veya gerçeği yansıtmayan tasarım durumları oluştuğunda, uygulama alanı yakınındaki binaların müsaade edilebilir sınırların ötesinde oturmaya sebep olabildikleri, benzer projelerdeki deneyimlerle sabittir. Diyafram duvarlar arasındaki kazı alanı altında jet grout grup kolonları inşa edilerek, diyafram duvarın pasif direnci arttırılmış ve bu sayede duvar deformasyonunu sınırlandırılmıştır. Bu bildiride sunulan nümerik analizlerde, görüntü işleme tekniği kullanılarak bu karmaşık geoteknik tasarımın 3B SE modellemesi yapılmıştır. Bu tez çalışmasında sunulan nümerik modelleme tekniği ile derin kazılarda jet grout kolonları ile desteklenmiş diyafram duvar sistemlerinin daha etkin tasarımının yapılması sağlanmaktadır.
Excessive lateral diaphragm wall displacement and the associated ground settlement can cause damage to buildings near the area of application. It is necessary to control the deformation of the diaphragm wall during both basement excavation and building load application in the cases where the structural safety of these buildings is important. This thesis presents a three-dimensional finite element (3D FE) analysis of a jet-grout group column and a passive resistance-enhanced internally supported diaphragm wall system in a six-story basement excavation using a real-world situation analysis previously reported in the literature. In the deep excavations, uncontrolled structural application or non-realistic design situations are seen from the experience in similar projects where buildings near the application area can cause them to suffer the permissible limits. By constructing jet grout group columns under the excavation area between the diaphragm walls, the passive resistance of the diaphragm wall is increased and the wall deformation is limited. In the numerical analyzes presented in this thesis, 3D FE model of this complex geotechnical design has been conducted using image processing technique. Numerical modeling technique presented in this thesis provides more efficient design of diaphragm wall systems supported by jet grout columns during deep excavation.
