Erkek ve bayan futbolcularda nar suyunun kan lipoproteinleri ile demir ve demir bağlama kapasitesi üzerine etkisi / Male and female players may pomegranate blood li̇poprotei̇nleri̇ effects of iron and iron binding capacity

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı Deney grubundaki Erkek ve Bayan futbolculara dört haftalık antrenman süresince C vitamini yönünden zengin olan nar suyu verilerek, Kan Lipoproteini, Demir (Fe++), Total Demir Bağlama Kapasitesi (TDBK), High Density Lipoprotein (HDL), Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL), Very Low Density Lipoprotein (VLDL), Total Kolesterol ve Trigliserid üzerine etkilerini belirlemektir. Bu çalışmada Şanlıurfa ilinde aktif futbol oynayan, futbol geçmişi olan yaşları 16-19 arasında değişen 22 Erkek ve 22 Bayan futbolcular Deney (11 Erkek ve 11 Bayan) ve Kontrol (11 Erkek ve 11 Bayan) grubu olarak ikiye ayrıldı. Çalışmada, deney grubu ile kontrol grubunun kan örnekleri çalışmaya başlanıldığında ve dört haftalık çalışma sonrası median kubital venadan alınarak antikoagülanlı ve antikaogülansız tüplere alındı. Kan örnekleri bekletilmeden Biyokimya laboratuarında BS380 MINDRAY (Kimya Analizatörü) marka cihazda Kan Lipoproteini, Fe++, TDBK, HDL, LDL, VLDL, Total Kolesterol ve Trigliserid düzeylerine bakılmıştır. Deney grubu ile kontrol grubu arasındaki parametrelerin farklılığı ortaya koymak için SPSS-16 paket programının eşleştirilmiş örneklem-t testi kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde C vitamini bakımından zengin 200 ml nar suyu verilen deney grubunda dört haftalık egzersiz öncesi ve sonrası alınan kan örneklerinde erkek futbolcuların, VLDL ve Trigliserid düzeyinin istatistiksel olarak önem (P<0.05) arz eden sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. Deney grubundaki erkek futbolcuların kanda Lipoprotein, Total Kolesterol, HDL ve LDL parametrelerinde olumlu değişiklikler tespit edilmiş olup, istatiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmadı. Deney grubundaki bayan futbolcularda Total Kolesterol ve LDL sonuçları literatür bildirimleri arasında uyum olduğu görülmektedir. Egzersiz sonrasında da Total Kolesterol ve LDL düzeyinin istatistiksel olarak önem (P<0.05) arz eden sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. Deney grubundaki bayan futbolcuların Kanda Lipoprotein, HDL, VLDL ve Trigliserid parametrelerinde olumlu değişiklikler tespit edilmesine karşın, istatiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmadı. Erkek ve Bayan Deney grubundaki futbolcuların Fe++ düzeylerinde istatistiksel olarak önem (P<0.05) arz eden sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. TDBK'indeki parametreler literatür bildirimleri ile uyumlu olduğu görülmektedir. Eg¬zersiz sırasında da kan Fe++ düzeyinin istatistiksel olarak önem (P<0.05) arz eden sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler : Futbol, Vitamin C, Nar Suyu, Lipoprotein The prupose of the study is to determine the effects of pomegranate, which is rich in vitamin C, In the experimental group during the training period of four weeks to male and female players given juice on Blood Lipoprotein, Fe++, Total Iron binding capacity, HDL, LDL, VLDL, HDL and Triglycerides. In the study in Sanliurfa, 22 male and 22 female footballers of 16-19 of ages actively playing football with a history of football were divided into two groups as expriment (11 female and 11 male) and control (11 male and 11 Female). In the study, when blood samples began to be investigated in the experimental group and the control group, the samples were taken to tubes with/without anticoagulant system and not anticoagulant system after exercise of four weeks geting from the median cubital vena. Blood samples without being waited were studied in the laboratory of Biochemistry with S380 MINDRAY (Chemistry Analyzers) brand device in terms of Blood Lipoproteini, Fe++, Total iron binding capacity, HDL, LDL, VLDL, levels of Total cholesterol and triglycerides. SPSS-16 program Sample-t test was used to show differences of parameters between experiment group and control groups. The analysis of the data before and after the four-week exercise revealed that in the blood samples of male soccer players a meaningful harmony was present betwen VLDL and Triglycerides results. Statistically meaningful (P<0.05) results of VLDL and Triglyceride levels were obtained in 200 ml vitamin C-rich Pomegranate juice given experemint group. Positive changes were determined in the experiment group male players in the parameters of blood Lipoprotein, Total cholesterol, HDL and LDL (without statistically meaningful results. Compatibility was observed between literature notifications of Total cholesterol and LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein) in female football players. After exercise statistically meaningful results (P<0.05) were obtained in Total cholesterol and LDL levels. Positive changes were determined in the parameters in female soccer players in the blood Lipoprotein, HDL, VLDL and Triglycerides but no statistically meaningful results were achieved. Fe++ results of Male and Female soccer players were compatible with literature notifications. Blood Fe++ levels of the players in the experiment group were statistically meaningful (P<0.05). It was observed the total iron binding capasitiy was compatible with literature results notifications. Statistically meaningful results (P<0.05) were obtained in total iron binding capasitiy.
