Abstract:
Bu çalışmada, GAP bölgesinde şark çıbanı vakalarının yoğun olduğu bilinen Diyarbakır ilinde, tatarcık türlerinin tespiti, dağılımları ve biyo-ekolojilerinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Diyarbakır'da Ocak 2014- Ekim 2014 tarihleri arasında üç farklı örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak (ışık tuzağı, yağlı kağıt tuzak ve aspiratör) 2114 tatarcık örneği toplanmış olup, Phlebotomus cinsine ait 7 tür ve Sergentomyia cinsine ait 2 tür olmak üzere toplam 9 tatarcık türünün yayılış gösterdiği saptanmıştır. Phlebotomus cinsi türlerinden P. sergenti 676, P. papatasi 538, P. perfiliewi 280, P. neglectus 137, P. galileus 122, P. halepensis 123, P. major 101 birey sayısına sahipken; Sergentomyia cinsi türlerinden S. theodori'nin 81, S. adleri'nin ise 56 birey sayısına sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Çalışma alanı genelinde, P. sergenti % 32 bolluk oranı ile en bol, P. papatasi, % 25 oranıyla ikinci ve P. perfiliewi, % 13 bolluk oranıyla üçüncü derecede bol bulunan tür olarak saptanmıştır. Diğer türler ise sırasıyla; P. neglectus (% 6), P. galilaeus (% 6), P. halepensis (% 6), P. major (% 5), S. theodori (% 4), S. adleri (% 3), şeklinde bulunmuştur. Tatarcık türlerinin mevsimsel popülasyon dinamizmlerine bakıldığında, nisan ayında ortaya çıktıkları ve kasım ayında ortadan kalktıkları tespit edilmiştir. Dişi bireyler daha çok ışık tuzağında çok yakalanırken, erkek bireyler ise oransal olarak yağlı kağıt tuzakla yakalanmıştır. Çalışma alanı olan Diyarbakır'da P. sergenti ve P. papatasi türlerinin vektör türler olarak önemli olabileceği sonucuna varılmıştır.
In this study, it is aimed to research bioecology, distrimination and determination of sandfly species of GAP region in Diyarbakır Province of Turkey, the hot spot for the Leishmaniasis disease. In 2014, Diyarbakır between the months of January and October; 2114 sandfly samples were collected using three different sampling methods (through light trap, sticky paper trap and aspirator) and it has been detected that a total of 9 sandfly species making up of 7 Phlebotomus and 2 Sergentomyia have continued to spread out in the mentioned area. It has observed that as kind of phlebotomus species while P. sergenti has 676, P. papatasi has 538, P. perfiliewi has 280, P. neglectus has 137, P. galileus has 122, P. halepensis has 123, P. major has 121 individuals; S. theodori as a kind of Sergentomyia species has 81 and S. adleri has 56 individuals. All in all, it has been found that P.sergenti has the most abundant rate with 32%, P. papatasi is the second with 25% and P. perfiliewi is the third one with 13% ratio in the study area. The other ones found respetively are P.neglectus (% 6), P.galilaeus (% 6), P. halepensis (% 6), P.major (% 5), S.theodori (% 4), S.adleri (% 3). When we take the seasonal population dynamism of sandfly species into consideration, we have found that they generally come in sight in April and disappear in November. Female species of them have been mostly caught through light trap; however, male ones have been mostly caught by the way of using sticky paper trap. To sum it up, it has been concluded that species of P. sergenti and P. papatasi can be important vector species regarding our study area of Diyarbakır.
