dc.description.abstract Harran Ovası koşullarında dereotundan yüksek kalite ve verimin alınabileceği uygun hasat zamanlarının belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılan bu çalışma 2014–2015 üretim sezonunda Harran Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Eyyübiye Yerleşkesi Tarımsal Araştırma ve Uygulama Alanında, tesadüf blokları deneme deseninde 3 tekerrürlü olarak kurulmuştur. Araştırmada bitki hasadında uygun zamanı belirlemek için 8 farklı zamanda hasat yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonunda; Bitki boyu 42.10–117.65 cm, dal sayısı 2.30–5.90 adet/bitki, taze herba verimi 964.35–4195 kg/da, kuru herba verimi 239.04–1010.16 kg/da, yaprak oranı % 11.83–63.82, yaprak verimi 56.46–256.45 kg/da, uçucu yağ oranları sırasıyla; Taze herbada % 0.01–0.30, kuru herbada % 0.13–1.15 ve kuru yaprakta % 0.10–1.80, uçucu yağ verimleri sırasıyla; Taze herbada 0.20–4.38 l/da, kuru herbada 0.31–6.38 l/da ve kuru yaprakta 0.15–2.65 l/da, şemsiye sayısı 5.10–5.80 adet/bitki, şemsiyede tane sayısı 898.33–1461.33 adet/şemsiye, bin tane ağırlığı 1.20–1.55 g, tane verimi 35.68–105.89 kg/da, tohumdaki uçucu yağ oranı % 1.52–2.20, tohumdaki uçucu yağ verimi 0.54–2.03 l/da olarak belirlenmiştir. En yüksek taze herba verimi 2. hasatta, en yüksek kuru herba verimi 3. hasatta, en yüksek uçucu yağ verimi 5. hasatta, en yüksek tohum verimi ise 7. hasatta elde edilmiştir. This study was conducted to investigate determination on suitable harvesting times for high quality and yield on dill (Anethum graveolens L.), at Harran University, Faculty of Agriculture, Eyyubiye Campus, Agricultural Research and Application Station, during 2014–2015 growing season under The Harran Plain conditions. The experiment was arranged in randomized blocks design with three replications and different 8 harvesting periods for suitable harvesting. In the research, it were determined that plant height beetwen 42.10–117.65 cm, branch number 2.30–5.90 per plant, fresh herb yield 964.35–4195 kg/da, dry herb yield 239.04–1010.16 kg/da, leaf content % 11.83–63.82, leaf yield 56.46–256.45 kg/da, essential oil contents in fresh herb % 0.01–0.30, in dry herb % 0.13–1.15 and in dry leaf % 0.10–1.80, essential oil yields in fresh herb 0.20–4.38 l/da, in dry herb 0.31–6.38 l/da and in dry leaf 0.15– 2.65 l/da, umbel number 5.10–5.80 per plant, seed number per umbel 898.33–1461.33, thousand seed weight 1.20–1.55 g, seed weight 35.68–105.89 kg/da, seed essential oil content % 1.52–2.20, seed essential oil yield 0.54–2.03 l/da. The highest fresh herb yield were obtained 2th harvest time the highest dry herb yield were obtained 3th harvest time, the highest essential oil yield were obtained 5th harvest time and the highest seed weight were obtained 7th harvest time. en_US
