Gap (Güneydoğu Anadolu Projesi) bölgesi'nde meyve yetiştiriciliği açısından soğuklama sürelerinin ve büyüme derece saatlerinin saptanması / Determination of chilling periods and growth degree hours of Gap (Southeastern Anatolia Project) region for fruit growing

Abstract

GAP Bölgesinde yürütülen bu çalışmada, iklim istasyonlarındaki uzun yıllara ilişkin meteorolojik kayıtlar esas alınarak, meyve yetiştiriciliği açısından soğuklama süreleri ve büyüme derece saatleri incelenmiştir. Araştırmada, GAP Bölgesi'nde bulunan 15 istasyon noktasındaki uzun yıllara ait (1975 ile 2011 yılları arasındaki ) günlük saatlik ortalama, maksimum ve minimum sıcaklık verilerinden yararlanılmıştır. İstasyon noktalarındaki soğuklama sürelerinin hesaplanmasında Klasik yöntem, Soğuk Birimi yöntemi ve Aron yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Klasik yöntem ve Soğuk Birimi yöntemlerinde günün saatlik sıcaklık değerleri, Aron yönteminde ise günün ortalama sıcaklık değerleri esas alınarak hesaplamalar yapılmıştır. İklim istasyonlarındaki sıcaklık toplamı değerlerinin saptanmasında ise Büyüme gün-derece yöntemi yardımıyla, günün maksimum ve minimum sıcaklık değerleri temel alınarak veriler elde edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda; Klasik yönteme göre yapılan hesaplamalarda en düşük soğuklama süresi 1999 yılında (Nusaybin İstasyon Noktasına ait) 414 saat, en yüksek değer ise 1993 yılında (Ergani İstasyon Noktasına ait) 2880 saat olarak bulunmuştur. Soğuk Birimi yöntemine göre de en düşük değer 1999 yılında (Cizre Noktasına ait) 880 SB olarak bulunurken, en yüksek değer 1979 yılında (Mardin İstasyon Noktasına ait) 2733 SB olarak tespit edilmiştir. Aron yöntemine göre yapılan hesaplamada ise elde edilen veriler çerçevesinde en düşük değer 1982 yılında (Mardin İstasyon Noktasına ait) 1006 saat, en yüksek değer 2011 yılında (Mardin İstasyon Noktasına ait) 12 213 saat olarak saptanmıştır. Bölgedeki istasyonlarda BDST hesaplamalarında 5 oC üzerindeki sıcaklık toplamı değerlerinin 3154 (oC -gün) ile 5274 (oC -gün) arasında değişim gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. In this study which was carried out in GAP Region, chilling periods and growth degree hours were examined in terms of fruit growing based on many years of meteorological records of climate stations. The average, maximum and minimum daily temperature data for each hours of many years from 15 stations in the region was used in the study. Classical Method, Chill Unit Method and Aron Method were used for the calculation of time chilling in the stations. The day's hourly temperatures were used for Classical and Cold Unit Methods, and Daily average temperatures used for Aron Method to calculations. To determine the total temperature values in climate stations, daily maximum and minimum temperature were used by means of Growth Degree Day method.According to obtained results; the lowest chilling period was determined as 414 hours from Nusaybin Station as to the Classical Method in 1999, while the highest chilling period was found as 2880 hours in Ergani Stationin 1993. According to Cold Unit Method, the lowest value was obtained from Cizre Station as 880 chill units in 1999, and the highest value was 2733 chilling units in Mardin Station in 1979. According to calculation in respect of Aron Method, the lowest value was determined in 1982 in Mardin Station as 1006 hours, and the highest value were 12 213 hours in 2011 in Mardin Station. The total temperature values over 5 oC to calculate growth degree total hours in the region's stations was varied between 3154 (oC - days ) and 5274 (oC - days).
