Abstract:
Din algısı, din felsefesi biliminin temel konularındandır. Bu çalışma Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı'nın din algısındaki değişimi incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu amacı gerçekleştirmek üzere 1972 ve 2011 yıllarındaki Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı'nın yayınladığı hutbeleri konu edinmektedir. Mezkur hutbeler din felsefesinin imkanlarıyla analiz edilmiştir. Zikredilen iki yıl arasındaki hutbeler din dilindeki değişimine işaret etmek amacıyla konuların tekrarı, ayet ve hadis kullanımı, hutbelere giren yeni konular gibi birçok açıdan irdelenip karşılaştırılmıştır. Din algısındaki değişim toplumsal değişime paralel bir seyir izlemektedir. Bununla beraber Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı'nın kuruluşunun sağlıklı bir zeminden neşet etmemesinden dolayı, hutbe dilinde yabancı din dillerinin etkisi zaman zaman görülmektedir. Başka örneklerin yanında, özellikle yılbaşı hutbelerindeki değişim dikkat çekmektedir. Sonuç olarak, 1972 hutbelerine göre şeklen belli bir seviye yakalamış olan 2011 hutbelerinin din algısında menfi bir değişim olduğu söylenebilir. Religious perception is one of the main subjects of the philosophy of religion. This study aims at examining the change in the religious perception of the Presidency of the Religious Affairs (PRA). To be able to realize that target, it focuses on the Friday Khutbas published by the PRA in the years 1972 and 2011. The khutbas were analysed with the possibilities of the philosophy of religion. In order to point the change in religious language, the two years' khutbas were compared and contrasted from several aspects such as the repetition of subjects, the usage of verses and ahadith, the new themes included in khutba subjects. The change in religious perception runs parallel to the change in social change. Nonetheless, due to the unhealthy starting point of the PRA, from time to time, some foreign religious language influences can be observed in khutba language. In addition to other examples, the changes in New Year Khutbas is particularly striking. In conclusion, it can be said that there seems to be some negative changes in the religious perception of the 2011 khutbas, which surpass the 1972 khutbas in terms of formal qualities.
