Abstract:
Bu tezde basit ve hızlı olarak iki basamakta monooksim (1) ve dioksim (LH2) (2) ligandları keton olarak 4-hidroksivalero fenondan sentezlenmiştir. Dioksim ligandan yola çıkılarak tris-dioksim içeren yeni dört farklı kafes tipi kompleksler sentezlendi ve daha sonra bu komplekslerin yapıları 1H ve 13C-NMR spektroskopisi, FT-IR spektroskopisi, UV-Vis spektroskopisi, LC-MS spektroskopisi, erime noktası tayini, manyetik duyarlılık ölçümü ve element analizler yöntemleri ile karakterize edildi. Hedef monooksim (1) ve dioksim (LH2) (2) ligandları %75-80 verimle elde edilirken, buna karşılık bağlantı ligandı olarak iki farklı boronik asitin varlığında FeCl2.4H2O ve CoCI2 tuzları kullanılarak nitrometan içinde elde edilen ve tris-dioksim içeren yeni dört farklı kafes tipi kompleksler [L3M(A)2] (M = Fe veya Co; A = butilboronik asit (BBA) veya ferrosenboronik asit (FBA)) %45-52 verimle elde edildi.
In this thesis, we introduce a simple and rapid two-step method for the synthesis of the monooxime (1) and dioxime ligand (LH2) (2) from 4-Hydroxyvalerophenone as ketone and its tris-dioxime containing four novel cage-type complexes have been synthesized and then characterized by spectroscopic techniques (1H and 13C-NMR spectra, FT-IR spectra, UV-Vis spectra, LC-MS spectra, melting point measurements and magnetic susceptibility measurements) and elemental analysis. The target monooxime (1) and dioxime ligand (LH2) (2) were obtained at range 80-75% yields, whereas, in order to obtain tris-dioxime containing four novel cage-type complexes were using FeCl2.4H2O or CoCI2 in presence of different two boronic acide as linked groups in nitromethane solvent affording to [L3M(A)2] (M = Fe or Co; A = butylboronic acid (BBA) or ferroceneboronic acid (FBA)) complexes in range 52-45% yields, respectively.
