Mevcut yapıların değerdirilmesi ve güçlendirilmesi / Strengthening and evaluation of existing buildings

Abstract

Deprem kuşağında olan ülkemizde yapıların depreme dayanıklı yapılması ve uygun yapılmayan yapıların da güçlendirilmesi büyük önem arz etmektedir. Bunun için kentsel dönüşüm adı altında şu an ülkemizde ciddi çalışmalar yapılmaktadır. 2007 Deprem Yönetmeliğine göre, yapıların performans ve maliyet analizine göre durum değerlendirmesi yapılıp, yapının yıkılması veya güçlendirilmesine karar verilmektedir. Bu çalışmada da eski bir yapı olan Siirt Sağlık Yüksekokulu Eğitim Binasının performans ve güçlendirme hesabı yapılıp, güçlendirme metrajına göre maliyet analiz uygulaması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Söz konusu yapı, A ve B olmak üzere 2 bloktan oluşmaktadır. A blok bodrum+zemin olmak üzere 2 katlı, B blok ise bodrum+zemin + 3 kat olmak üzere 5 kattan oluşmaktadır. Siirt ili I. derece deprem bölgesinde bulunmaktadır. Bu hesaplamalar için, STA4CAD bilgisayar programı kullanılmıştır. Yapının performans analizi sonucuna göre güçlendirme ihtiyacı olduğu görülmüştür. Güçlendirme hesabı sonucuna göre yapılan güçlendirme maliyet hesabı yapılmıştır. Bu maliyet, 3A grubu yapının Çevre ve Şehircilik Bakanlığı birim fiyatlarına göre hesaplanan maliyetinin % 43'üne karşılık gelmektedir. Yapı güçlendirme maliyeti % 40'ı geçtiği takdirde yıkılmasının daha uygun olduğu düşünülmektedir. Yapının çok eski olması da göz önünde tutularak yapının yıkılmasına karar verilmiştir. Earthquake resistant structures and strengthening of non-earthquake resistant structures are of great importance in our country that located in earthquake zone. Therefore, under the name of urban renewal serious works are done in our country right now. According to the Earthquake Code-2007, the collapse or strengthening of the structure is decided by performance and cost analysis of the structure and assessment of the situation. In this study, application of the cost analysis has been applied according to strengthen quantities feature by doing strengthening and performance analysis of Siirt School of Health College Education Building which is an older building. The structure consists of 2 blocks called block A and block B. Block A has 2 floors including basement + ground storey, block B has 5 floors including basement + ground + 3 storey. Siirt is located in 1st seismic zones. For these calculations, the computer program of STA4CAD is used. It was found that to be in need of strengthening according to the results of the performance analysis of the structure. Strengthening cost analysis was performed according to the results of strengthen calculations. This cost corresponds to 43% of the costs of structure of Group 3A calculated by the unit prices of Ministry of Environment and Urban Planning. It is thought that if strengthening cost of the building is over 40% of the cost of reconstruction, destruction of the building is more suitable. Keeping in mind the structure of the building is very old, it was decided to structure collapse.
