Abstract:
Bu çalışmada, mantarlar gelişme ortamı olarak temin kolay ve ucuz olan organik atıklarda yetiştirildi. Bu çalışmaın amacı farklı ortamda yetişen mantarların verim ve protein içeriklerinin belirlenmesidir. Yapılan deneysel çalışmada; Buğday samanı, meşe hızar talaşı, helis otu samanı(prangos ferulacea (L.) Lind. (Apiaceae)), at gübresi, tavuk gübresi ve koyun gübresi ile hazırlanan yetiştirme ortamlarında sade ve değişik oranlarda hazırlanan kompost formülleri denenmiştir. Kompost özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla misel ekimi öncesi ve mantar hasat (en son hasattan sonra) sonrası pH, EC, %N ve %kül miktarları saptanmıstır. Çalışma sonuçlarından, mantar yetiştiriciliğinde organik kökenli farklı materyallerin kompost yapımında kullanılabileceğini göstermiştir. Denemeye alınan uygulamalar arasında en yüksek verimi BSK karışımından hazırlanan, BS(%30), HS(%30) AG(%30) ve TG(%10) olarak hazırlanan kompost formülünden elde edilmiştir. In this study, mushroom was grown in the easy and cheaper organic growth medium. The puepose of this study was to determine the yield and protein contents in mushrooms different growth mediums. In the experimental study, wheat straw, oak sawmills sawdust of grass helix (prangos ferulacea (L.) Lind. (Apiaceae)), horse manure, chicken manure and sheep manure compost prepared at different rates were tested. In order to determine the properties of the compost before planting fungal mycelium and after harvesting (after the last harvest), the pH, EC, nitrogen% and ash contents were determined. Study results showed that the organic origin of different materials may use in making compost for growing mushroom. Best result was obtained in mixture of wheat straw hay which was consisted of wheat straw (30%), helical grass hay (30%), horse manure (30%) and chicken manure (10%).
