Şanlıurfa ili pamuğa dayalı sanayi işletmelerinin durum analizi / Analysis of cutton-based industry in Sanliurfa

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Şanlıurfa ili Merkez ve ilçelerinde bulunan pamuğa dayalı sanayilerin yapısal durumları, sorunları ve gelecek planları analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın amacına göre bu sektörde bulunan 146 işletmeye tam sayım yöntemine göre anket uygulanmıştır. Tarıma dayalı sanayi işletmelerinde verilerin toplanması anket yöntemi ile işletmelerin analizi sonucu belirlenen değerler, sektörler itibariyle ve işletmeler ortalaması şeklinde ortaya konmuştur. İşletmelerin kuruluş yerleri, idari, mali, teknik, ticari durumları; yatırım finansman ve kredi işlevleri ortaya konulmuştur. İşletmelerde çalışan personel sayıları, eğitim ve ücret düzeyleri, işletme organizasyonları, üretim teknolojileri, internet sitesi sahipliliği gibi bilgiler işletme kayıtları ve görüşmelerden yararlanılarak elde edilmiştir. Araştırmada; inceleme alanında yeterli ve kaliteli hammadde temininde zorluklar yaşanmamak (%91) olduğu belirlenmiştir. Elektrik kesintisi, bürokrasi, kalifiye işgücü bulma gibi sorunlar başlıca şikayet konularıdır. Yaşanılan finansal sorunlardan dolayı kredi kullanım oranı yüksektir (%69). Pazarda fiyat konusunda yoğun rekabet yaşanmaktadır. İhracat yapan işletmelerin oranı %10?dur. Profesyonel yönetici istihdam eden şirketlerin oranı oldukça düşüktür (13.69).
