Abstract:
Nesnelerin sahip olduğu boyutları herhangi bir yöntemle koordinatlara çevirmek, tarama işlemidir. Tarama işlemi birçok mühendislik dalında kendine uygulama alanı bulmaktadır. Bu çalışmada üç boyutlu tarayıcı tasarımı ve imalatı incelenmiştir. Çalışmada üç boyutlu tarayıcının mekanik bileşenin tasarımı ve imalatı yapılmış ve lazer bir prob, PLC ve encoder eklenmiştir. Üç boyutlu lazer tarayıcı ile çeşitli koşullar altında farklı nesneler taranmış elde edilen veriler kişisel bilgisayara kaydedilmiş ve bunlardan üç boyutlu yüzeyler oluşturulmuştur. Farklı tarama süreleri, tarama sıklığı, veri kaydetme frekanslarında tarayıcının performansı incelenmiştir. Tarama sonuçları değerlendirilip, sistemin geliştirilmesine ilişkin yollar önerilmiştir. To show the dimensions of the objects by using some methods at the coordinated system is scanning. Scanning transaction has scope of application at many engineering branches. At this study three-dimensional scanner design and manufacturing is analysed. At the study, mechanical component of the three-dimensional scanner is designed and manufactured and a laser prob, PLC and encoder is added to the scanner. Different objects with different conditions are scanned with the laser scanner and the gathered data is recorded at personal computer and three-dimensional surfaces are developed from this data. The scanner?s performance is investigated under different scanning periods, frequency and data recording frequency. Scanning results are evaluated and some different ways are suggested for improvement of the system. KEY WORDS: Laser scan, three dimension, solid model
