2008 küresel mali kriz ve krizin Türkiye'de istihdam üzerine etkileri / 2008 global financial crisis and the effects of crisis on employment in Turkey

Abstract

Bu çalışmada öncelikle, kriz tanımları, özellikleri, çeşitleri ve krizlerin nedenleri üzerinde durulmuştur. Ardından, krizlerin küreselleşme ile ilişkisi ve istihdam üzerindeki etkileri, 2008 Küresel Mali Krizi'nin nasıl ortaya çıktığı ele alınmış dünyada ve Türkiye'de kriz sürecinin genel bir değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. Son bölümde ise, krizin Türkiye'de temel sektörlere ve bu sektörlerin istihdamına etkileri incelenmiştir. 2008 Krizi, ABD'deki taşınmaz mal piyasasının birden değer kaybetmesi ve bunun sonucu olarak kişisel iflasların artmasıyla ortaya çıkmış, Türkiye de dâhil dünyanın birçok ülkesini olumsuz yönde etkilemiştir. Borçluluk oranı yüksek olan şirketler başta olmak üzere birçok sektörün istihdamı da krizin etkisiyle önemli ölçüde azalmıştır. Türkiye Ekonomisi'nin kendinden kaynaklanmayan bu küresel kriz sürecinin etkileri günümüzde azalmakla birlikte hâlen hissedilmektedir. Then, it is emphasized that the relation between globalization and economic crisis, the effects of crises on employment, how 2008 Global Economic Crisis arose and the general evaluation of the crisis process in the world and in Turkey has been done. In the last part, the effects on the main sector and the employment of these sectors have been analysed. The Economic Crisis of 2008 was caused by the lose in value of the real estate market in the USA and thus the rise in personel bankruptcy so it has affected adversely many countries including Turkey. The employment of many sectors, especially the companies having high ratio of loan, decreased by the cause of the crisis. Even it passed off, the effects of the crisis which resulted from outside not Turkey?s Economy has gone on today. Key Words: Crisis, Globalization, Employment
